One of the most affordable hotels of the "high" category near the most picturesque embankment of the city.
Despite the very pleasant price, the hotel has little to offer other than location.
Rude reception staff - such a level of English in the center of Shanghai is ridiculous.
The carpets in the rooms and the hotel itself are worn, the beds are small and uncomfortable. The TV is prehistoric. The lighting in the rooms is either below the minimum, or like on an operating table.
Of the pleasant things, I can only single out the price and high quality of consumables (shampoos, creams, etc.)
In general, the hotel is very nice, excellent interior, panoramic Windows, good bathroom care products. But the reception said that my reservation does not include breakfast (although it was included). And the staff did not want to solve the issue in any way and even refused to look at my reservation. The restaurants on the second floor have a small selection of dishes, plus the staff do not speak English.
