REST IS JUST WOW!!!
Arrived at the hotel. Friends were here a couple of months ago and decided to come back again.
We were met and brought to the hotel very quickly. We were checked into a room right away. Room number 128. The room is on the first floor, at first we thought that the first floor would be bad, but then we realized that it is very convenient, since you can quickly go straight from the balcony to the beach. And there is also a snack bar nearby where we quickly had a bite to eat since we arrived just at lunchtime.
We are very pleased with the animation!!! The guys are great!!! Very active, very cheerful, especially Nastya. We already knew her before we came here.
They have very interesting shows. Every evening there is dancing, music, parties.
The food in the restaurant is awesome. There is a lot to choose from. Not all hotels have a large selection of food, and we have experience. Commendable! Especially the selection of sweets. A lot, two or three stands with sweets. Also seafood. There is so much of everything, your eyes run wild.
The hotel itself is very clean, everything is in order, they constantly want to check everything, they ask if everything is okay, if we like everything!!!! It's just great. I definitely want to come here again, we are planning for the New Year, I think the program here will be just right for those who want to have a good time.

We visited the hotel in November 2024.
Positive:
- excellent beach and entrance to the sea;
- good cuisine;
- fast internet throughout the hotel and on the beach;
- quality and timeliness of cleaning;
- responsive staff.
Cons:
- the rooms are old, in need of repair;
- upon check-in, they can offer a room that is not in demand (for example, a room with a sea view was purchased from us. Upon check-in, we were offered a room on the ground floor. It seems to be facing the sea, but the first floor is lower than the beach level and from the window and balcony you can see sun beds, umbrellas and the backs of vacationers. At the same time, the energy of managers is not directed at finding a suitable room, but at convincing guests to check in without talking. Including the Russian-speaking Svetlana. Be persistent and do not agree to check in for the night, and tomorrow we will fix everything.)
- the hotel is very small - there is nowhere to walk in the evening from the word at all. Walking along the central Sheraton street in the evening is quite dangerous - the sidewalks are of such quality that it is easy to twist your leg.
The hotel's guests are mostly elderly people. Keep this in mind when choosing a hotel.

Nice, quiet hotel 16+. Polite, friendly staff. The animation is extremely unobtrusive, the hotel is not a party place. There is a lagoon where you can swim even when the sea is stormy. The entrance to the water in the lagoon is sandy, corals are not needed. Into the sea - from the pontoon, up the stairs. Don't expect any corals or fish, that's not why you're here. We needed a relaxing holiday, the sea, the sun and maximum relaxation, all this was present, we liked it, we will come back again.

Nice hotel! Check-in according to the schedule at 14.00. Superior room on the 7th floor with sea view! Cosy. The equipment is not new, but everything is working properly. High-quality cleaning, change of towels daily, bed linen-once a week. Excellent sound insulation. The beach with umbrellas and sun loungers, located far enough from the neighbors, is comfortable. There is a gentle approach and there is immediately a depth. The food is delicious, especially a variety of salads and pastries. For 5 stars, in my opinion, the hotel does not pull, but 4+ are decent. If there is an opportunity, I will definitely come back.

All fabulous and magical 🤩🤩🤩,red sea 🌊 is incredible, BUT ...after 18 hours swimming is not allowed 🚫 for your safety ☝️🤩🤩🤩the staff is very attentive ,friendly ~all ☝️ 🙌 super be vigilant and don't slam the ears ) otherwise , the guide will quickly sit down on them 🤣🤣😂checked ☝️😎

The coolest hotel in terms of service, animation and maintenance! They don't give you anything to do, they do everything for you. The best animators are Nastya, Olya, Shenoda, Sonic. And in general, all the guys are cool and unobtrusive! The food is 5 out of 5! Constant monitoring throughout the hotel by the managers. We stayed at the hotel in April 2024. The room was with a magnificent view of the sea, always clean and tidy. I was pleased with the figures from the towel, new every day) The territory is small, everything is clean and tidy. There are quite a lot of ashtrays and bins, no need to run around the hotel and look for where to throw the garbage. The staff is very polite, they always ask "is everything okay with us", if there were any questions, everything was solved very quickly! On the 4th floor there is a Lobby bar, where we always took delicious coffee and bottled water, if necessary. We liked the wonderful guys working there, Mahmoud Aly and Mina Reda. They always lifted our spirits with their wonderful smile, jokes and good service. The guys are just great! The sea was quite warm, but for the first few days there was wind both in the afternoon and in the evening. The pool and Jacuzzi are heated, the temperature is + 31 . The food is very varied and delicious, you will not stay hungry) There is also a club on the 1st floor. Animators are not intrusive, they are always positive. There are many different activities in the morning (yoga, volleyball, dancing, water aerobics). Every evening there are various show programs. We really liked it)

We had a rest at the end of March, the hotel is nice, although large, but very convenient and everything is within walking distance. However, there is not enough greenery. The waiters serve on the beach, they will bring drinks without any problems, they also treat you with fruits. There are no queues in the restaurant. A review of the Sunrise holidays resort hotel in Hurghada. It is very valuable that the hotel is +16.
1. Beach. It is very convenient that the hotel has its own lagoon, the entrance is sandy and smooth. In addition, there is also the opportunity to swim in the open sea. There are cute reefs, next to which fish swim and crabs crawl. A stingray even came ashore to us once. You can ask for a "red flag" on the issue of towels so that no one bothers you with the offer of various services (massage, diving, excursions). Before going to breakfast, we occupied the sun beds with towels for the whole day, as many people do. It is very convenient that there are wind barriers around the sun beds.
2. The food is varied, everyone can find a suitable one for themselves. All kinds of side dishes, salads, sauces, hot (fish, chicken, turkey, duck, lamb, beef), fruits (apples, oranges, plums, bananas, melon, watermelon occasionally). We were pampered with seafood several times, namely king prawns and crabs. However, I had an eating disorder a couple of times.
3. Alcohol. The Egyptian is of quite good quality, like cocktails, wines and beer. The selection of cocktails is huge.
4. Animation. The guys conduct various activities (volleyball, yoga, dancing, exercise, aqua aerobics), they invite you carefully.
5. Various shows. The hotel periodically holds various celebrations (flamingo party, foam party, fruit party), in addition to the main evening program. The most spectacular thing was the fire show, but I advise you to go to everything.
6. The room. It was comfortable, with a sea view, the air conditioner was working, the cleaner cleaned well and made various figures out of towels. You could drink various drinks from the mini-bar (cola, fanta, sprite), water was constantly brought.
7. The territory. It is small, but sweet and cozy, there are palm trees, various flowers, a manicured lawn. You can also play billiards on the 4th floor and table tennis on the beach.
8. A la carte restaurants. We were only in the Mediterranean. I didn't really like it, I advise you to go to the main restaurant on the second floor.
Upon arrival, you will be given a receipt with a link to the hotel's website, where you can find all the information you are interested in (mini bar, cafes, restaurants, beach, etc.). Also, kewar codes are located in each institution of the hotel - for convenience.
Before departure, you can ask at the reception to be given lunch boxes (tomato, cucumber, two sweet rolls, juice, two sandwiches, banana, apple).
They occasionally left tips of $ 1, both to the cleaner and to the waiters.
We were lucky with the weather, as there were windy and absolutely windless days. The temperature was +34,+36,+38 degrees.
There is good wi-fi on site, which catches everywhere, so we did not buy a SIM card.
I was satisfied with my vacation!

Cool for photos is a large Jacuzzi next to the pool. Alcohol is local, but it will not be poisoned, it is better to drink it in the form of cocktails. If you want to import, take it with you, you can carry 2 liters in your luggage, or go to the children's fries in the first 48 hours (500-700 meters to the right from the hotel, find out from the locals). The beer is great. The coffee is normal, the tea is acceptable. Alyakart restaurants are not worth attention, in my opinion. A very high level restaurant with a buffet. The hotel is close to the center, the location is good. From 8 to 18, Russian hotel staff are present and help with everything. About the hotel!

About the sea!
The sea is the most beautiful, transparent!This is an amazing sand!there are two approaches, one right next to the sun loungers and sandy, and the second from the pier!If you are lovers of sunbathing, then it is better to go to the pier where the sun sets at about 17.30-18.00, and by the lake at 16.00 the shadow from the hotel and you will not sunbathe!
We have been vacationing since October 7, there are not a lot of people, no one bothers anyone, this is a huge plus of the 16+ hotel!!!!

I went in July, 2024, the 5-star hotel does not pull, the first room is on the 1st floor, with a smell of mold and sewage, a clogged sink, air conditioning and lights turn off after 2 minutes of work, the door key demagnetized after an hour, somehow threw out another room the next day with the help of a separate guide, thank you very much to him,they converted it to the 2nd floor, during the week of rest I changed 3 keys from the door, it's just some kind of problem.The room is cleaned for three, the air conditioner is so hot that the ears freeze, you can't turn it down, it works through the duct, I waited for the iron all day, there was always drinking water, refrigerator, kettle, safe, TV and Wi-Fi everything worked.For some reason, they took the robe away on the eve of departure, and left it without toilet paper on the last night.
In general, I realized that it is better not to have business with the Egyptians..Everything else is fine, the weather, the sea, the beach, the sun beds, animation for three,volleyball in the afternoon,some shows in the evening, not groovy.

Here, the Wi-Fi Internet is only enough for whatsapp and for a very slow download of the search engine. Towels are a different story, if you left them on the beach (hotel grounds) and forgot to pick them up, then the next issue of beach towels will cost 30 euros each! That's what happened to me. My friend and I forgot to pick up the towels, which had to be downloaded, and when we returned for them, they were already "gone." Fortunately, we brought our own from home just in case. The next day, thanks to Valeria's hotel employee, we were moved to a room with a view of the street, very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The buffet is wonderful, especially the huge selection of sweets))) The beach is on site. However, I was annoyed by the animators who come up every 5 minutes and do not allow me to have a quiet time on the beach. Hookah is 8 dollars, but the cafe across the street is 2 times cheaper and better in quality of tobacco. The hotel is a solid four.

We visited the hotel on March 25th. We were led by the positive reviews and chose this hotel for a vacation. The rest is ruined. If you chose this hotel by accident, never check into the Standard one, it's just terrible, the room is very small, the shower is leaking, the floor is wet all the time, the air conditioner makes terrible noises, the card from the room does not work very well. But the most important drawback is that it is impossible to sleep, there is a boiler room nearby, you can hear the pump running all night, and in the morning you jump from a nightmarish sound that remains throughout the day (it looks like a pressure relief in the system, I attach a photo). The Russians have a very bad attitude, and no one has been able to solve our problem with the number. It seems like there are no rooms, and we can only be accommodated in an expensive room with a Jacuzzi for an impressive surcharge. It's a shame to spend your vacation at this hotel, there is no customer orientation and assistance in solving issues, everything has to be beaten out. It's not much of a vacation when you can only sleep on the beach. The food is average, I liked only the dinners. There are spills of something incomprehensible in the sea, I really feel sorry for the marine life, I don't want to swim in it (video attached).We have already been to Hurghada, but we have never seen such horror. We will not come to this hotel again. The animation is ordinary, mediocre, nothing special. If you want to have a nice vacation in Hurghada, it's better to come to Calimera, it's much better!

Nice hotel. 16+ there are no small children. I have three if anything-)). The territory is very small. There is no place to walk. But the gorgeous lagoon is about 200 by 350 meters. If there are waves on the sea, then it is very comfortable to swim in it. The rooms are normal, but those that are at sea. Do not take the rooms outside. You will not sleep at all from the word. Egyptians drive terribly, they constantly honk around the clock. The animation is good, in the evening they also entertain the norm. There are two Russian girls at the reception desk. Svetlana and Alina. Thank them very much. They often helped. On the beach, do not occupy those sunbeds next to the volleyball court. The ball may come. People have been playing since the morning. By the way, by 9-00 there are practically no free sunbeds. The restaurant on the beach sucks. Try to get to the main restaurant for a meal.

A convenient lagoon for swimming from the shore.

We had a rest in early March.
Nothing supernatural was expected from Hurghada, as this is not the first time here, but this hotel is one of the best in the city: location, rooms and food.
The hotel is not 16+, but 64+, if you go in winter or early spring, closer to summer, young people and Russian speakers are added.
I do not advise you to overpay for a sea view, as Russians are accommodated in the worst rooms)
At first they gave us a room with a window to the courtyard, I told them to change it, they gave it on the 6th floor with a partial view of the sea. They have one employee who, allegedly, will arrange you in the best possible way with the best number, do not be fooled, arrange it yourself)
The room itself is decent, the bathroom is too small, it is impossible to stay in it at the same time, the husband did not fit in the shower.Minus, our tiny balcony faced the side where there was live music until 22h in the evenings, the balcony doors did not save, unfortunately, it was very noisy.
The food is better if you don't stay hungry compared to Segal, where we were.
But they don't like Russians there, we don't tip))
The water in March is cold, invigorating)) and the wind.
There were enough sunbeds on the beach for everyone, you can not borrow.They left a beach towel somewhere, we found it on the cameras, where we left it, respect, we didn't have to pay.
The fact that there are no children is very quiet, you can even fall asleep on the beach in silence.Animation is not loud every day.
There is no shopping in Hurghada, but we did not expect it.We went to the Hurghada Center, where we bought a little.And also a solid,,Gardener,,. The only thing that was bought was medicines, to order.They are really good there, they have the death penalty for forgery. And it is 3 times cheaper.Just take it from pharmacies with fixed prices, just ask: fix price.Otherwise, it's too expensive for tourists.They select analogues of ours, according to the composition, those that we have lost medicines.
We took excursions from our friend, with whom we have been friends for several years.His money is cheaper and you can change it, transfer it to a Russian card, and he will give you local ones. Mukhamed, write voice messages to WhatsApp, he will make any tour cheaper.I am attaching a photo of the business card.

A nice hotel with slightly worn and small rooms, nevertheless bearing the proud name "Deluxe Sea View". It's not bad. A solid 4+*, but not a "five" in any way. There are no slippers in the rooms and sand on the floor after cleaning is a common thing. No one bothered to refill the drinks in the refrigerator. Okay, they brought water once. Very good food in the main restaurant, it gets boring after three days, but they try to change the assortment. The a la carte restaurants are so-so. Fishy, in terms of the quality of the dishes, generally resembled a Soviet-era canteen.
The staff tries to be friendly, but the Turks and, moreover, the Greeks are still as far away as the moon. I am pleased with the number of staff who know Russian. I liked the waiters of the main restaurant. Nevertheless, the hotel positions itself very well.
The territory is clean, very small, but cozy. One swimming pool with Jacuzzi. The beach is small but pleasant. There is a small backwater where lovers of peace relax and separate ladders for snorkeling. The underwater views are beautiful.

We stayed at this hotel in October of 23 years.The hotel is not bad, the hotel area is not big. Very good service, the hotel staff is very friendly and friendly, excellent food, a lot of different fruits, a large selection of meat and fish. I especially want to highlight the sandy bay beach where you can swim safely. For lovers of the open sea, you can swim from a pontoon. We were satisfied with the rest. I recommend the hotel.

This is the German Sunrise hotel chain, so the main contingent is Germans. 45+
Advantages of the hotel :
- food. She's gorgeous! Huge selection of dishes
- the beach. The work of beachboys / rescuers. Sun beds could always be found, the sand was leveled every morning so that it was convenient to walk
- the sea. Fenced lagoon, you can swim safely, watch fish/corals. They are in the lagoon. I also want to mention a good entrance and the bottom of the sea. Corals were not needed. The water is the purest.
- juzzzzzi. It was conceived as infinity, but because of the ships standing in the sea, something went wrong 😁It's cool anyway, something new for me.
- pool bar. They make delicious coffee, I recommend you to try it. They make different cocktails.
- nimble waiters on the beach.
- no children!
- wifi is free throughout
Of the minuses:
-Weak animation. 5-6 animators. they organize volleyball, dancing, water aerobics, and exercise. For me, their work was not particularly visible.
Evening animation without a show. Karaoke, disco.
-1 socket in the room.
The hotel is good. For a quiet rest and relaxation. I recommend it!

I do not recommend it. 3 stars, room 53 is double-chambered, beautifully tucked in, towels are folded in the shape of swans, artificial flower petals are everywhere. I do not recommend the word at all. There are two pools in the courtyard among the palm trees, but the floors are washed around them by local aborigines, rinsing a mop and a rag in the pool, during the day they are packed with vacationers, by the way they spent the night on sun beds nearby. The first night after arrival-the air conditioner does not cool, blows but there is no cold. On the second day, I made an application for the repair of the air conditioner, three engineers came at three o'clock, asked to wait 10-15 minutes, waited an hour and ....... alas, nothing. Again, after arguing with the guide, they resolved the issue. The water does not rise to the 4th floor, there is no pressure. Do not give the room keys to the reception-I gave them away, they lost them and began to breed me to buy a duplicate, and this is in rubles, the cost per minute is 1,500 rubles. It's good that I bought two tours from the guide, respectively, he began to sort out for me about changing rooms due to a faulty air conditioner. The issue has been resolved. The food is monotonous, the bar on the street is liquid - only beer cocktail and rum, brewed tea and coffee, cappuccino can be made on request. In general, it's a stretch for a C grade. I do not recommend it. Actually, you only need to come to the hotel for the night.

I liked the hotel. Especially the room in which they settled, with a Jacuzzi on the balcony and a view of the sea. The waiter served the restaurant perfectly. The reception staff is also friendly. The animation tried hard. There is a beautiful entrance to the sea from the pier. I recommend the hotel!
