A great hotel with a wonderful pier. The staff is very friendly. Delight was caused by a separate beach for 16+ people with a bar, shower, toilet and changing room. The hotel is huge, there is a one-way bus from the main building, it is easy to get from the beach and to the beach, including people with mobility problems and families with children and strollers., 5 stops. The food is great. A separate respect to the Mongolian grill restaurant. There are only 5 restaurants with menus, one of them is paid, a very convenient electronic record on the hotel's website or on the big screen in the lobby. The shared restaurant is wonderful, the chefs and waiters have conquered it. The rooms are new, everything works. And great wi-fi everywhere, including on the beach. There are almost no animators on the beach 16+ :). There is a huge central swimming pool and a huge water park for children. For adults who love peace, there is a separate 16+ swimming pool with its own bar. The drinks are of high quality .there are rooms with their own pools, with a Jacuzzi on the balconies. An expensive hotel, worth all the costs.

My stay at the hotel was great! The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The staff at the reception were friendly and promptly resolved all our requests. The room was clean, cozy and well equipped – there was a sense of caring for the guests. Cleaning was carried out daily, everything was in perfect order.
I especially want to mention the restaurant: the food was fresh, tasty and varied. Breakfasts are beyond praise, a large selection of dishes for every taste.
The cleanliness of the hotel and attention to detail made my stay really comfortable. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for excellent service and a cozy atmosphere.

The hotel is just great! The service is all at a high level. Cleanliness, cleaning constantly and at all locations. There are a lot of little things in the bathrooms. We had a large room with nice, not tired furniture. We were greeted at the reception as the most welcome guests. Mango juice was immediately brought and sent for breakfast. We checked in immediately, at 9 a.m. without any additional charges. The sea is just a fairy tale. Its own excellent pier, the length is no more than 70 meters. Excellent beaches, comfortable sun beds. There are separate 16+ zones and a children's beach. Its own coral reef, you can dive with masks. Warm pools. The animation is good, special thanks for the mood and emotions of Mido! The guy is smart and funny! In the kitchen, do not expect big searches, but there were definitely no hungry ones. Several a la carte restaurants. We were in Egyptian and Italian. Both are good. In the evening, the program includes live music and dancing. I recommend this hotel for families and companies alike! The food is delicious, the selection is large, the staff is friendly, the rooms are in good condition, but it would be fashionable to clean better. Also on the territory of the hotel there are themed restaurants, one-time admission to which is free (at least it was) pools of different depths, entertainment programs, convenient location of bars, a large well-groomed territory, and my separate love is the Pier. There are four nets above the water with pads, a convenient descent to the water and.. a reef! A coral reef extending almost 8 meters with a bunch of different inhabitants.
The only thing is that there is nothing to do outside the hotel in the city

We had a rest in Sunrise Diamond Beach from November 18 to November 29. We are thrilled! The hotel is beautiful, the sea is warm (for me), the weather has been pleasing all days. In the evenings I went in a T-shirt, put on a light blouse a couple of times (I'm not a cold person, I have a friend who even wears wool socks in the summer, so I convey my feelings purely).
RECEPTION: cozy, spacious. They are met by guys who immediately take their suitcases to the storage room (I changed my shorts there, I was wearing a T-shirt), you can change in the toilet room. We arrived at 11 o'clock in the morning (-1 hour with Moscow time in winter), we were put on bracelets and we went to explore the territory, had lunch at the same time, came to the reception, we were checked in. The toilets are in the main hall area near the main dining room and near the Italian restaurant. The bathrooms are clean, there are paper towels for hands everywhere, soap and hand lotion, toilet paper has always been there.
Number: At first we checked into a nice room, but with a view of the wall and the fire shield. We asked for a change. They told us to come over the next day and the issue would be resolved. But immediately after 5 minutes they called and said that they would move right now to another room. We settled in building 14, room 14220 with a view of the main pool and the sea and did not ask for anything for this service, but we thanked. The room is spacious and clean. Lots of lockers. One double bed and one single bed. Slippers in the room. Kettle, tea, instant coffee, sugar is there, they are constantly added. The water is also replenished daily. Nestle water is given everywhere in 0.5 bottles. Wi-fi works great throughout the territory, it happens that it jumps off in remote corners, but this is generally nonsense.

In the toilet room itself, bottles of soap and lotion for hands and body hang near the sink. Disposable caps, brushes, toothpaste, etc. are available. There are bathrobes.
cleaning. They cleaned every day. Clean, neat. For the birthday, the bed was decorated with petals and a cake made of towels.
territory. A green area. Clear. You can see how they are constantly being cleaned, gardeners are walking around, removing dried petal flowers. The pool is closed at 17:00 and everything is rubbed there after closing. In the morning, too, something is constantly being rubbed. The pool is warm. On the beach on the left (if you look at the sea) there is a volleyball court, there is also a playground for playing Bocce (balls are always lying, you can play at any time). Where there is a volleyball court, there are sun beds with umbrellas, it is quiet there, there are no people, you can always find sun beds. There's also a small bar. On the beach, wherever there are areas with sun beds, there are toilets, showers, bars.
gym. Cozy, there are towels, water. The most necessary simulators for all muscle groups, a dumbbell row. Come in sneakers!
WATER PARK. We didn't get there. It seems to be being updated,
nutrition. There is everything for nutrition: greens, vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, soups, porridges, sauces. You can eat both in the main dining room and on the beach. We had breakfast and lunch on the beach, as it is quiet and has a sea view. There were no queues in the main dining room, there were always places. The food is the same as everywhere else. We had enough. There are a lot of desserts, but I can't say anything about them, because I don't like them. The meat is delicious. The fish, as in many hotels, is breaded, fried in oil. Shrimps, crabs were given. Seafood was eaten in the Old Town in Fares, so I didn't pay much attention to them in the dining room and I can't say how often they were given.
A LA CARTE. Record via QR code, or at the reception. Egyptian, Italian, Mongolian, Indian are included. Marine - paid. I liked everything about everyone. In Mongolian, there were rolls and you put meat, vegetables, noodles or rice on plates yourself and they fry it all on a huge stove. In other restaurants, scan the QR code, the menu pops up (don't forget to choose your language) and choose what you want.

Animators go, attract vacationers to training, Zumba, yoga, aqua aerobics, some kind of entertainment, there was a foam party twice, both adults and children had fun) There is also a shuttle service to the club in the evenings (who likes to hang out). The animators are with you to the end. At three o'clock in the morning, transfer back from the hotel. If you are tired and want to leave early, then you can take a taxi for 3-5 bucks (as you bargain). Our animator Nastya (a girl from St. Petersburg) said that she feels much safer here in the clubs than in the clubs of St. Petersburg.

OUTSIDE THE HOTEL. We went out for a walk. To the right of the hotel, walk 300 meters, there are small shopping malls. A wonderful hotel! On our wedding anniversary, we decided to relax with our spouse at this hotel and were not mistaken. 9 days of real rest. The food at the hotel is varied, for every taste. Nice hotel! A large living reef. The beach is clean. There are different ways to eat any type of food. If you are on a diet, then put it aside for a rest period, traditional desserts are very tasty! We lived in a villa, a beautiful room, there is everything you need. The cleaning is good. By the way, your own cosmetics are a great cream in the bathroom. If burned, it will remove the redness quickly. The entire hotel staff is smiling. The children noticed that this is the most friendly hotel.
When we left, we forgot the apple tablet. The reception staff helped with the delivery to Moscow. Thanks a lot.
There was not enough delicious coffee and it was dirty in the catering areas. It would be wonderful to change the mattresses in the rooms to medium hardness or soft ones.

The staff is polite and responsive.
However: the aqua park needs repair, the seams in the slides are scratched; the chairs in the amphitheater are dirty (check before boarding); the pool is closed at 16:40, it's too early, I wanted to splash more; the switches in the room are a puzzle)), in search of the right one, they pressed everything in a row.

Recently, my parents and I flew from Sharm El Sheikh, rested at this hotel, just a wonderful place!!! It is very beautiful, polite staff, delicious food, access to the sea, entertainment in the evenings, and many more wonderful things! As far as I remember, in addition to the main place where everyone had breakfast, lunch and dinner (this is something like a canteen restaurant where you type your own food), there were 4 more restaurants to go there, you had to book seats in advance. We visited 3 restaurants, liked the Italian and Mongolian the most. We are staying at this hotel for the second time, the children are happy. Animation for children is at the highest level. The children are supervised, there are different programs and master classes every day.

I liked the hotel. There were five of us - 2 adults + 3 children. The two-room room is large. With access from the terrace to the water park. Beautiful sea. Excellent food. There is a large territory, there is golf , billiards and so on. There is a kids club where you can leave under the supervision of children and quietly go for a swim in the sea. The coral is beautiful, but we saw richer in Hurghada. One of the outright disadvantages is dead animation, both for children and adults. And the waiters in a la carte are a little strange, orders were confused, forgot to bring, etc
. There were queues in the buffet dining room.
But in general, especially compared to the prices in Turkey this year, this is a very good option. Recommend.

Great hotel!!! There are rooms for every taste, both standard and more comfortable!
I was relaxing with the kids in the Jacuzzi suite. A room with a huge terrace with a heated Jacuzzi, which is very convenient in March))) the room also had its own coffee machine with excellent coffee 👍 After the cool sea, we went to the room, warmed up in the Jacuzzi and sipped delicious coffee!
There is always a large selection of different dishes in the shared restaurant.
Several ala-maps of restaurants. We really liked Italian (with perfect pizza and normal ice cream) and Mongolian (they cook your chosen food right in front of you on fire in a huge kitchen.
The territory is very well maintained, surrounded by greenery, flowers. Friendly staff!
The hotel has a beautiful reef, access from the pier is very convenient 👌
In the evening, you can walk from the hotel to the nearest shops, or take a taxi and drive to the Old Town or the now popular cafe Farsha in 5 minutes (highly recommended)

I stayed at the SunRise Diamond Hotel with my family (2 adults + 2 children) during the period 20-30.04.2024. I liked everything, thank you. But a vacation in could bring even more pleasure, taking into account the comments below:
■There are a lot of mosquitoes on the territory of the hotel. The staff fights against them every day, conducting "gas attacks" in the evenings. But the effect of the fight is far from 100%, which is why the whole family was bitten by mosquitoes and had to take antihistamines all vacation. Recommendation: Invite a specialist who will select the optimal mosquito control technology (we stayed in hotels with more landscaping and a wetter climate - they fought mosquitoes more successfully there).
The sockets in the room are old and loose, which means that the phone had to be charged in the bathroom, and the "regular" fumigator was connected instead of a kettle. Recommendation: Invite an electrician who would remove the platbands and bend the contact terminals in the sockets (if you do not want to change the sockets entirely)
The dishes in the main restaurant are signed, but often the names are uninformative for tourists. Recommendation: Add symbols that are understandable to everyone on the cards with the name of the dish, explaining their features of the dish, for example: pepper - for peppery dishes, cow - for beef dishes, crossed out spikelet - for gluten-free dishes, vegan inscription - for meat-free dishes and so on.
■There were no toothpicks in any restaurant. Recommendation: If you do not want to put them on every table, then put them on the distribution (for example, next to coffee machines). It's a shame to save on such an item for a 5-star hotel.
The sun beds by the main pool are very "tired" and without mattresses. Recommendation: Upgrade the sunbed park. It's a shame to save on such inventory for a 5-star hotel.
■My family loves to play table tennis. According to observations, during our vacation, another 40-50 guests also felt interest in this game. But the employees cleaned all the equipment after 18:00, and in the heat of 35-37 degrees in the shade, it is physically very difficult to play during the day for more than 10 minutes. Especially when there are other points of attraction nearby in the heat conditions - the main pool and the water park. Recommendation: Move the tables to the gazebo, which is located on the way from the main restaurant to the main pool (there is regularly some hawker bored in the absence of customers), add a few chairs there (so that when the table is occupied, other players can comfortably wait their turn), do not remove inventory and every evening (from dinner to midnight) you will have a company of tennis players there ;)

In February, we stayed at the Sunrise Diamond Beach Resort 5* hotel, a room with a Posh Club pool. It took a long time to choose a hotel, thanks to our travel agent, who offered it with just such a program. The vacation was completed by all 1000 percent!!!

According to our program, we had an early check-in and a late check-out. At the reception, they quickly arranged everything, put on bracelets and gave a phone number where you can ask any questions on WhatsApp. We arrived when lunch was over, but we were able to have a snack at the reception bar. There was a pleasant surprise in the room - a bottle of champagne, fruits, nuts, prunes. Our room was located at the bottom of the hotel (first line), a minute's walk from the Posh Club cafe. The house consisted of three rooms, we got the last one, it was sunny for the longest time. The room is spacious and bright, with an extra sofa for relaxing, a large bed, a bathroom, and a spacious wardrobe. A room with a swimming pool was a great solution. There are two comfortable sun beds, two large armchairs, a table and an umbrella near the pool.
The hotel has 5 Ala-kart restaurants (fish, Indian, Mongolian, Italian, Egyptian) and 1 large main one. We were quickly booked into all the restaurants for all days. According to our Posh Club program, only the seafood restaurant was paid. The food is varied everywhere, very tasty, each restaurant has its own twist). We had breakfast and lunch in the cafe, the menu was varied, lots of fresh fruits, fresh fruits!
Special thanks and many thanks to all the staff of the hotel. The guys at Posh Club are the best!!! Said, Talal, Islam, Amr, Hany, Abdalah. Everyone is sociable, funny, responsive, friendly, always ready to help, the service is top-notch. The bartender on the beach (Aussie) near our room makes cocktails perfectly, is sensitive, takes into account all tastes and wishes.
You can swim in the sea from the pier, the water is clear, there are a lot of different fish.
The hotel is located on a cascading territory, a large water park for children, a large main pool, a tennis court, a football field, beach volleyball, a golf course, table tennis, billiards, a hookah bar, a sports bar. A choice of entertainment for every taste.

An incredible hotel, excellent clean spacious rooms and service, varied food, lots of fruits, a beautiful pier, the reef at the hotel turned out to be much more interesting than the reef to which we went on a yacht tour. A convenient children's entry into the sea from the shore (corals were not needed, there is a good sand there). The weather in December did not disappoint. But the excursions are really about nothing: a whole day on a yacht at sea - there were no more beautiful reefs, only we lost a day. Excursion to Soho - we drove through various cheap eateries / markets / dubious shops and there was almost no time left for Soho itself. It's better to take a taxi yourself and walk around a lot. In general, the recommendations are 100% hotel only.

Advantages of the hotel:
- a large area;
- access to the sea both from the shore (sand, convenient with children) and from a pontoon;
- beautiful reef. A normal, solid wooden pontoon on stilts to it;
- a minibus runs through the territory, which can take you to the beach;
- several pools, including heated water in winter;
- a variety of restaurants: free and paid, its own small water park, several pools, shows and animation for fans, an ATM if someone needs local currency;
- a wide choice of food, there is everything: vegetables with fruits, fish, meat, desserts, and a children's menu;
- spacious rooms with everything you need, including an extra sofa, comfortable beds and pillows. Overall, our room was in good condition, apparently after the renovation;
- it's pretty clean everywhere: the staff is constantly rubbing and cleaning something. The floor was washed daily in the room;
- the desire of employees to smooth out problems. I happened to meet the manager of the restaurants at lunch. They pointed out to him the periodically poorly washed appliances. We received a compliment in the form of a dish that is not publicly available, fruits in the room and special service in the a la carte restaurant.
Disadvantages of the hotel:
- reception staff. We arrived at about 12 o'clock in the afternoon, we were informed that they would check in immediately, we need to wait 5 minutes. As a result, the wait resulted in more than 2 hours. It would be all right, we have been traveling for a long time, we know the rules, but you tell me right away that you come after 14 o'clock, and there will be no questions. The saddest thing is that the room was not ready even after the check-in time: there are three of us, including a child, and a room for two is equipped. I had to call and wait for an additional set of everything. At the same time, all the wishes were indicated in the booking, and I spoke additionally to the staff at the reception;
- the hotel itself is tired in places, which is first of all noticeable in the main lobby. Water drips from the ceiling after the rain, the furniture is dirty. It could have been put in order;
- an incomprehensible old air conditioner in the room, which freezes at 20 degrees, but at 21 there is nothing to breathe;
- unreal noise from music up to 23 hours. I couldn't sleep before, despite the fact that our room was in building 7, a little away from all activities. I can't imagine what was going on in the buildings near the water park and the amphitheater;
- every third guest with beer and wine at breakfast, lunch and dinner;
- smoking everywhere, including outdoor restaurants, regardless of the children nearby - it's just disgusting, you can't eat outside in peace;
- classic of the AI genre from the guests: leave towels on the sun beds and go for a walk all day;
- sometimes a strange set of dishes in a la carte restaurants;
- he was poisoned one day. Unfortunately, it is difficult to understand where and how, because you can pick up a stick, starting from poorly washed appliances and plates, and from the food itself. But it was not pleasant to lie around with diarrhea and fever for several days.
There are probably plenty of hotels with worse conditions, but Sunrise has plenty of room for growth.
Despite all the negative aspects, we are generally satisfied with the rest. It is clear that the management of the hotel is not left to chance, they try to fix problems, respond to comments. It can be recommended.

Wonderful vacation, we liked everything! The food has been pulled up to the level of 10 years of our absence in Egypt)) Delicious! The animation team did well! Actors, dancers, sports coaches, love children)) Clean, tidy, constantly checking the reaction and interviewing visitors, in general - a wonderful hotel!
To the miniclub (it was important to us) we got into the incomplete three. The animators themselves say: "We need the child to be able to ask for water, food, toilet, i.e. everything necessary." And so- they let contact children even at two years old.
The only thing is that in the "Italian"Basilica" restaurant, nothing but pasta is worth eating...

Our family of four can't help but share the amazing experience we had at Sunrise Diamond resort during our vacation in late November and December. Let's start with how we were greeted. The process turned out to be smooth and fast. We were checked in at 11 a.m. without any problems and we didn't have to wait. Champagne and fruits were waiting for us upon check-in. Chocolate was brought to us in the evenings.
We lived for 2 weeks in a beautiful villa with its own heated pool, which became a real oasis for our family. Every day began and ended by the water, creating unforgettable moments. The villa was not only luxuriously decorated, but also equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, which could not but please all of us. There are no complaints about daily cleaning.
The service at the hotel deserves special mention. The staff is trying very hard. For breakfast and lunch, we ate in a separate Posh club restaurant, which offered a rich selection of dishes from the menu, where each dish is prepared individually for you. At Posh Club, you can eat salmon, grilled beef tenderloin, shrimp, chocolate, and more without restrictions. Freshly squeezed juices (mango, strawberry, orange) and imported premium alcohol.
The main restaurant, headed by the talented Mr. Arapiy, became one of the highlights of our stay. We tasted delicious dishes, each of which was a real work of culinary art. Beef, lamb, fish, and many different kebabs are very tasty. Vegetables in any form.
In addition, we visited an Italian restaurant, where we were treated to real masterpieces of Italian cuisine. Pasta, pizza and desserts left an indelible impression. The quality and freshness of the ingredients + the skill of the chefs give a very good result.
The location of the hotel is also pleasing — the presence of a convenient pier for swimming and a beach for children has become a real godsend for our family. We could enjoy swimming and sunny days, as well as spend time outdoors, which made our vacation even more enjoyable.
We would also like to thank the managers of the hotel, Mr. Ramy El Shaarawy and Mr. Rafaat, who were always ready to help and made our stay even more comfortable. Their attention to detail and professionalism really took our vacation to a new level.
I would also like to note that there was no pressure from the staff on the territory of the hotel with offers of massages, excursions or photos, which created a sense of freedom and comfort. No one was extorting tips. This allowed us to enjoy our vacation to the fullest, without being distracted by outside suggestions. Upon departure from the hotel, we were provided with a free private transfer to the airport.
Our stay at the hotel left the fondest memories. We left with a feeling of complete satisfaction and gratitude, and we will definitely return again at the end of March, the ticket has already been purchased.

Great hotel! Delicious food, drinks, a good water park. There are a lot of animators who are constantly calling for some kind of activity. We were vacationing with friends. Ultra all inclusive. There are beaches and pools for adults only.
Restaurants by appointment the next day. Everything is insanely delicious. The staff is incredibly polite, all our problems were solved on the fly. The air conditioner went out at night, they called the reception - in half an hour everything was fixed

The food is terrible, they don't know how to cook meat and fish - this is the main restaurant. We were in the Egyptian a la carte - not bad, but we arrived at the appointed time, they did not approach us for a long time
We went to the Mongolian a la carte and, unexpectedly, it was never Mongolian, but something similar to Chinese/Japanese cuisine. We were very surprised that we know what Mongolian cuisine is.
The coffee is terrible, there's some kind of malfunction in the coffee machines. Until they figured out how to pour, they drank the stuff. No animation. Italian is for Italians, and when asked about the organization of one event, it was said to look for international animators - we only work with Italians. Of the Russian speakers, Aliya was the only one, so they tore her up, poor thing. Fortunately, we know English well, we communicated normally.
There were activities on the schedule that were canceled without announcement.
The bed linen and dishes in the restaurant are dirty, streaked and stained. In the evening at 00:00, the lights in the main bar were turned off and you can't sit there, almost no one goes to the club. It's boring in the evening if there's no company. Animators are attracted to paid discos.
Fortunately, when all this was handed over to the management, there were attempts to rectify the situation (at least in restaurants), but, apparently, it was just for us. Two weeks later, our friend went on vacation there, and there were similar complaints.
Bottom line: they spoil the reputation of the chain, we were at another Sunrise hotel in 2023, it was great. Of course, we won't go to this hotel anymore.

A great hotel! Excellent service, kind and friendly staff, top-level food, a room with a private pool is something! A rich entertainment program, a beautiful beach, a pier overlooking a coral reef and a bunch of exotic fish. Freshly squeezed juices of agave, mango, strawberries in the morning, late dinner until 00.00. The bars working until the last visitor were very pleased. It's a solid positive. Advice to tourists in Egypt, in particular in Sharm El Sheikh - do not take any excursions, you will not see anything interesting there, you will get tired of constantly getting money from you. I was on 3 different ones - I didn't like any of them. Get high at the hotel, there's plenty of entertainment there😉
