A very nice hotel. Made of pure wood outside and inside!) Even the ceiling in the room is covered with natural wood clapboard. The room has a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, 2 beds and a sofa, refrigerator, terrace furniture that can be used both in the room and outside the door with mountain views and a beautiful complex opposite. Which is 5-7 times more expensive by the way.
The shower room has a cabin and the opportunity to sit down. On the street there is an indoor summer pool, a cedar bath, trampolines, gazebos, children's play areas, cafes, lots of greenery and stone paths. Managers and employees also know their business. In September, there were problems with WiFi, but the hoteliers gave us the Internet. It was the only small disadvantage. In general, I recommend it!

We had a great rest. Breakfast was not listed on the tour list. But there was breakfast every morning. The tours were given to us by the staff of the department, which is better to see. We swam in August and were satisfied. Thanks!!!!!

Budget, bed linen is clean, the rooms are old but clean, you can order food in the kitchen, it is convenient with children, there is a swimming pool, but we were when it was cold - we could not swim in it, it is a little away from the center, it is much more comfortable to sleep in silence, 7-10 minutes walk to the center

The guest house is generally comfortable, there are gazebos, swings, music in the courtyard, there is an indoor pool and a cafe with inexpensive and delicious food. This was the end of the advantages, the service was weak, the administrator did not care, three people were put in a 2-bed room, offering the third person to sleep on the couch. There is a very superficial idea about room cleaning here, so don't expect cleanliness :)the breakfasts are modest, but not bad - porridge, bread, butter, cheese and sweetness for tea. One of the outright disadvantages is the location. It is far from the main street, far from the beach, not close to the nature reserve. In principle, it is not critical for those who like to walk, but a couple of kilometers are wound up in a day)))In general, if you like a semi-field lifestyle, you are here - inexpensive, cozy, pump your buttocks while running along the beach-hotel-center-reserve route

A good holiday home for your money. Bolshoe Chebachye Lake is literally a two-minute walk away, Borovoe Lake and the nature reserve are also nearby, 10-15 minutes of leisurely walking. The rooms are cozy. Good cuisine and cafe service. The staff is adequate, the issues are being resolved. A clean and warm pool under a canopy, a Playground, gazebos, very convenient. It is advisable to take rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The rooms on the ground floor overlook the pool just under the canopy, it's a bit noisy, plus it's hot and humid in the rooms. The hotel is not bad. Summer. Hardly in winter.. The walls in the rooms are thin. I can hear everything. Breakfast for three. There is parking. I really liked the indoor pool. Wow! There is a sauna. The playground is good. There is no shower...the taps are flowing. There are no walls in the shower...everything drips on my feet. It's not pleasant..And so, nothing...The overall score is three plus.

We had a rest in Sunrise .I liked everything very much.We lived on the ground floor, next to a warm swimming pool.The rooms are cozy, shower cabin , toilet.TV, refrigerator, Internet.Guest hosts and admins.Delicious, not expensive food in the cafe.Everything is within walking distance.I recommend setting 5 stars

The hotel itself is nice, the area is great. But the problem is with cleanliness, the room was not cleaned before our arrival. I had to force them to do room cleaning from the road. The dishes also leave much to be desired. The food in the cafe is for three, a chicken kebab made from one bone. A solid three.

We are resting at the moment. This is the place I won't go to a second time. The promised pool, as it turned out, is not heated, the water in it does not change and is filled with bleach every morning. You need to walk to the beach in the village (it's a 15 or 20 minute walk. In the evening and at night, do not go for a walk to the village, since there is no lighting on the street. And there are many more disadvantages. So if someone wants to come to Burabai village, it is easier to rent a house or apartment from local residents than to overpay at Sunrise guest house. Do not spoil your vacation for yourself and your loved ones.
