We booked a tour at Sunny Days for the first time. The travel agency is good, it works conscientiously, but sometimes I had to extract information from the manager and find out the details of the trip on my own. They also promised to give me a compliment from the tour operator in honor of my birthday, but for some reason they safely forgot about it. I would also consider the disadvantages that no one contacted us upon arrival for a vacation to ask how they settled in, if everything was fine with us. By the way, the transfer was organized terribly (from and to the airport). One person did not have enough space in the minibus. Since we were the last to be picked up from the hotel, I had to sit on my husband's lap. Otherwise, there are no claims against the travel agency. The documents were sent on time, they always answered questions and tried to help as much as possible. I wish the company success and prosperity!

Thanks Sunny Days for a great vacation!
In particular, our manager Kristina!, who advised, helped us find a city and a hotel according to our budget and request, arrange everything, and in general dispelled all our doubts about the trip :)
We highly recommend it, because we watched tours from different agencies, and no one could offer a better option than Sunny Days.

We contacted the agency in July of this year (and we are glad that it is here). I was pleased with everything: pleasant communication of the staff, a good choice of hotels and well-coordinated work of all the girls. We answered all the questions, everything was fast and clear.
