Were in September 2023. We lived in several hotels in Abkhazia, in different cities.. Sun Village is the best! Clean, comfortable, modern!! Thank you for saving our vacation, otherwise, to be honest, I have already begun to be disappointed in Abkhazia as a resort! Quiet area, deserted beaches, transport accessibility to attractions, near the gas station Podorozhnik and Pyaterochka, where prices are much lower than, for example, in Gagra. If it were possible, I would give 10 stars to the hotel!!

An ideal place for a family holiday with children. 6 identical 3-room townhouses. Each has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. a node. There is a kitchen-living room in the middle between the bedrooms. Each of the three rooms has its own air conditioning. A smart TV in the living room, a stove and a large refrigerator. There is a barbecue in front of each townhouse on the street, but there is no normal table. By and large, there is not enough washing machine and a table with benches outside in the barbecue area. The sea is 300 meters away. We were carrying saps, it doesn't bother. The service in Abkhazian is not intrusive :-), but if you communicate, then everything will be fine. The beach is huge and empty. There is another hotel with a restaurant nearby, where you can eat.

We had a rest in September 2022. Coordinates 43.114730, 40.558517.A travel map from the Sukhumi highway. We stayed in two cars at this ideal hotel for a holiday. We were very warmly and cordially welcomed by the owners of the hotel. It was very pleasant. respect! 🐶 The ace is very kind and just as friendly all the days of arrival he guarded us and went to the beach with us ! Quiet location 5 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel is new. We stopped by two couples in one room. 2 rooms with amenities, air conditioning and shower are conveniently made no matter how you cross, in the middle of the hall there is a living room with a kitchen, stove, microwave, refrigerator, Wi-fi, TV and a kitchen table with chairs where you can sit and chat or cook, near each There is a barbecue on the street, please you can cook fish or vegetables with meat! If you don't cook, you can eat at the trout farm cafe, they cook delicious, BUT check the checklist! If you travel and relax by car , this is the place where you want to come back ! 🏖

A good place for a relaxing holiday. The rooms are comfortable, include 2 bedrooms with 3 beds (everything is new, the mattresses are chic, professional for hotels), 2 bathrooms with shower (there is always cold and hot water),
kitchen - living room (refrigerator, stove, kettle, dishes, TV, table, chairs, sofa). Each room has air conditioning. The territory is guarded, there is a Parking place, barbecues, outdoor shower. The sea is 3 minutes away, the beach is pebbly, the place is beautiful. Responsive staff. I liked everything.

A great hotel, there is Internet (router), 100 meters from the sea the beach is free, we even saw a dolphin, in Gudauta normal prices you can go to new Athos and anywhere, but most importantly 4 beds 2 for 2 people and 2 one-bedroom everything is fine, even the dog zhuzha is there

A gorgeous place! We've been living here for 3 days now, we can't get enough of it!
The houses are just new - we are the first guests. Everything is clean, neat, just a delight! There are also condos and its own kitchen - it is convenient when with kids.
The sea is 2 minutes away. The area is gorgeous, there are few people, no one goes over their heads on the beach. Privacy and relaxation. The hosts are friendly. In honor of the arrival, we were treated to an amazing homemade wine.
A great place for a family holiday with children! I highly recommend it!

Nice quiet Hotel. The beach is completely empty. Pebbly. The sea is 5 minutes away by a quiet walk. There are cows on the road and on the Beach, but this is Abkhazia, they are everywhere. The hotel is new, the rooms consist of 2 bedrooms and a living room kitchen. Each bedroom has a toilet and a shower. To the number 3 of the lyceum. The friendly hosts treat you to wine, you can order homemade dairy products. Of the entertainment in the hotel for children - only a puppy, this is of course a minus, but when we rested there were many areas of the same age - we entertained ourselves perfectly. To restaurants and shops - only by car, it's a long way on foot.

It's terrible, It's in a field with cows, there is no normal road to it. Saving on everything - Cheap repairs, the cheapest appliances and uncomfortable furniture, no sofa, small TV, microwave does not heat, no hair dryer, washing machine and ironing board, not to mention a dishwasher. Hot water from the boiler, which, when turned on, turns off the lights in all showers and turns off the air conditioners because there is not enough electricity power. Inside, the territory is not landscaped, only Parking spaces, there are not even benches. Near a military base and a dirty beach, also with cows and the smell of manure, for the price of 12,000rubles in Sochi, you can rent a really good apartment with mountain views. This is our first time in Abkhazia and we regretted that we chose these apartments, in Gudauta it is better not to rent anything at all, a dead town with dirty beaches. Look closer to Pitsunda, only there you can swim normally. An adequate price for these rustic apartments overlooking a concrete fence with barbed wire and a field on the other side is a maximum of 3-4 thousand per night.

We had a rest on our daughter's honeymoon, everything we needed was separate bedrooms in each with a toilet and shower and a kitchen in the room. Parking in front of the room, special thanks to the owner, immediately after check-in I treated him to excellent Abkhazian wine, we will be happy to return again👍👍👍
