This is our second trip to the Maldives. We were guided by the positive reviews and the rating of the hotel. And they didn't justify themselves at all. They position themselves as 5* high-end, but they don't pull at all. The territory is not well maintained, there are dry leaves everywhere, garbage and bottles are often lying around, especially in the bushes. Most of the greenery is semi-sluggish, and there are many bushes that have been eaten by insects. There are insects in all the rooms. At first we lived in a villa on the beach, there were ants in the room in droves, just everywhere. Then we moved to a villa on the water, there are small insects all over the tub, there are a lot of them, several bugs were found right in the bed. The staff just come into the room with poison and pour chemicals on the insects in front of you, leave puddles and leave. The food itself is mediocre, no one was left hungry, but there is no variety either. Vegetables include cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, olives, canned corn, and that's it. Fruits are watermelon (sometimes normal, sometimes frankly unripe), melon (generally always tasteless), passion fruit, pineapple, rarely papaya. On the 4th day of the vacation, the same food just didn't fit. Restaurants are also complete nonsense, the food is mediocre, the service is at zero. Of all the staff in the bars, a couple of waiters work, the rest only create an appearance. You can sit and wait for them to come up for 20 minutes and wave at them, but they don't seem to see you. Drinks are often confused and they don't bring what they asked for at all. In the main restaurant, they will bring water, ask what kind of drinks you want and disappear, and you will not get your drink until the end of lunch. The beach is washed out in places, sandbags are applied there, they are all green and torn, the beach looks so-so. In the water villas, the pool floor is made of planks that already need to be replaced. The child planted a splinter in his leg 2 times there. Seaplanes start flying at about 5 a.m. and you can hear them all over the island, so you won't be able to sleep. There is no animation, and there is no evening program either. There was a DJ at the bar for a couple of days, but he turns on the music so that you can't hear yourself. The Maldives holiday format involves relaxation and tranquility, calm background music would be more suitable. The furniture and infrastructure of the hotel are already outdated, although the hotel is relatively fresh, there is a lot of mold in the bathroom. We paid 1.5 million for the vacation in 10 days and were very disappointed. I don't understand where the rave reviews come from. The only plus is that the island is small, and despite the 90% occupancy rate, you only meet people in the general restaurant. We also visited the spa, this is generally a separate topic, an hour of massage costs $ 188 and you're just being rubbed with oil up and down all the time, no massage movements, this is the first time I've seen such a useless massage. As I have already written, I am completely disappointed in this hotel and we will definitely never return here again and will bypass their network.

This resort positions itself as a premium, but in fact it is very average. Problems with staff, problems with infrastructure, problems with cleaning. The rooms are very tired. Beregna voskhod is absolutely not conducive to rest. The price is too high, the quality is average. I can't recommend it in any way.

There is an 18+ zone where you can relax without children. Kids club with Sony PS - not used. The sunset part of the island with clean sand (corals have never been used), the sunrise part with corals and wildlife right from the shore. For every taste. Underwater life is very intense, almost like in the Red Sea. Any wishes are fulfilled very quickly. Any employee is always ready to help. The hotel is aimed at the Chinese, apparently at the cheap segment of the Chinese, because of this there are a lot of them and it is very noisy, they can smoke next to you when you eat or in a secluded place on the beach where only you and your significant other dine for $ 300 separately from everyone - they will come up to you and stand and yell next to you With you. All engineering structures are heated on the beach, that is, the sand is washed out and concrete and torn bags are already visible all over the beach. We ordered breakfast at the plaza for $ 400 and a table was placed next to the trash, this is not on purpose- they are just very service-oriented, I repeat this is a 5* hotel, and the service is 2*. But, there are also advantages. On the territory of the island there is its own clinic with professionally qualified doctors and in case of something - you will be pumped out like some of them were pumped out from a pressure of 240, there is everything from pills to oxygen. That's where the advantages end. Bottom line: the hotel is expensive at 2 million for two in 8 days, and the service in hotels for 200 thousand in 10 days. This is exactly the difference in money and value that you will be offered. And here's another important point. Deep-sea fishing for $ 1300 takes place on a boat that doesn't even have a roof, it's a cheap fishing boat for local fishermen, which goes fishing every morning anyway, just for $ 1300 they will put you next to local fishermen and make you sweat for 6 hours in the open air in the sun next to sweaty men. And there should be a boat with a roof and a deck, so that when you don't catch a fish you can relax in the shade and enjoy a walk, in general, such a bottom can be expected for a lot of money. Of course, the hotel can change and there will be a trial, but as a rule this does not happen. And dirty dishes all over the restaurant is not the norm for 5*

We had a rest with a company of 3 people from 28.02-6.03.2024. I must say 5 * justified themselves. They were met at the airport, transported to the port where the seaplane was waiting, waiting for about an hour. Excellent waiting room, buffet with snacks, shower room. We flew from Male in 40-50 minutes with one landing on a neighboring island. The meeting is gorgeous, with drums, smiles, and a welcome cocktail. Our Russian-speaking manager at the Zhulduz hotel, special thanks to her, was in touch 24/7, solved any question, wish in 5 minutes. A very sweet and friendly girl. The first accommodation was in a villa on the beach, where all villas are 1 line. The villa is gorgeous, cleaning twice a day and replenishing the bar as well. The ocean is 10 steps away, the view is gorgeous from the villa. The second villa is on the water. I do not know for what merits, but they changed the standard villa to the premium villa without additional payment. This is generally a separate topic. Just a bomb. Although it is on the edge of the island, it is about 15 minutes on foot to the reception, but you can order an electric car from the room. Buffet meals, for every taste 5+. The only small disadvantage is that the animation is weak, the bars work until the last customer, and those who are interested in the topic of alcohol had everything in unlimited quantities. I am currently on vacation in another hotel of the same chain - in San Siyam vila reef and I am completely disappointed!!! A year ago we had a vacation here in San siyam Iru vela and everything was great! The difference between the hotels is simply enormous. Ira led much steeper and better, I would like to go back there.

We had a family vacation for the first time in the Maldives and had the opportunity to relax in this hotel. We had an all-inclusive vacation. We celebrated the New Year 2020 on this island. I want to mention the unreal beaches and water. We didn't like the food: it was monotonous, heavy, and there was little choice. The island is new, so it's a bit tight with greenery. But it will grow up soon. Alcoholic cocktails were not tasty, I had to drink pure alcohol so that it would not be bad. There is a medical center, entertainment, and restaurants on the island, but the food in them is also of average quality. This year we will make a choice in favor of another hotel.
