A wonderful place! A wonderful host, tactful, friendly, was helpful in everything! The houses are clean, beautiful, comfortable beds, clean bed, clean shower and toilet, what else do you need?!! The pool is a separate respect, the children are constantly there, busy all day! The kitchen is also equipped with everything you need, lots of dishes, refrigerators, tables and chairs! You can talk a lot and only with delight! Thank you Inal, thank you Dasha through whom we came to this hotel! We really enjoyed it, we will definitely come back 🩵

Thank you for a wonderful vacation. The houses are very comfortable to live in. A cool and clean pool with an area for kids, thanks to this they do not interfere with the rest of the swim.
Volleyball balls can be borrowed from the administration, and an area with a net and sand is equipped on site.
You can cook dinner and roast meat on the grill. The sea is 7 minutes away. The purest! There are very few people on the beach.
The hotel has Internet, which is fast enough.
The Inal manager will always tell you where to go for the beautiful views. It will always help. You can take delicious wine through it, and it can also send you on excursions.
We went on an early fishing trip with a company that we found on the way to the beach. The service left much to be desired.
Inala and his company went on a jibbing trip to the Geghi waterfall. We haven't had such a good time yet! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Let's come back again
And yes, the houses look different . Everything is refined and they are a wonderful blue color . The entire territory is fully ready to receive guests. There is parking on site. There are probably old photos here.

Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!We are coming to Pitsunda, not for the first time, but this time we came with a 3-year-old baby and chose the beautiful Sun pine guest complex and were very satisfied!!!
Around cleanliness, order, excellent staff, a large area with a clean pool consisting of two zones (for kids and adults) and right out of the pool, children can have fun and safely go down the slide, play on a soft equipped playground. For adults there is a barbecue area, a volleyball court!), as well as cozy tables with mountain views, in general, everyone has no time to be bored!!!
And, of course, how can you be without the sea ..), it is the cleanest and you can get up in 5-6 minutes, I must say that on the way you can admire the growing bamboo and a mountain landscape!
So this is the case when I didn't want to leave at all))

We booked and did not read the reviews, do not book here, we arrived, no one met, there was no one on the territory, they said on the phone come in and choose any house, but when we went in there was no light, no hot water, it was very cold, it was good that we were without children. We went to another hotel, as they said there would be no light, something broke, and we need to wait 3 days. The prepayment was never returned, but was simply thrown into an emergency. And to be honest, we didn't even see the owners in person, all communication was over the phone. And so it's really around the road and construction sites, there are no shops nearby, and cars are rushing. Honestly, I do not advise you to rest here!

We rested in this new eco-friendly hotel with the whole family. What can I say - this is the highest class! Everything is new, clean, just like in Europe. It is quiet and beautiful around, the sea is pleasing to the eye. Probably at the moment this is the best place to relax in Gagra, because there are no crowds of tourists and all sorts of companies. A very European hotel! there is an indoor pool, we were with a child — we did not climb out almost as the water is heated. In short, I recommend from the bottom of my heart

A very important point, the hotel is located between two active roads, where trucks and motorcycles drive, the noise is constant day and night. There is no sound insulation in the houses, so even with the door closed, everything is audible. There is no greenery on the territory, New rooms are among the advantages, everything is clean. We paid for 2 nights, but on the morning of the second day we immediately left, the money was not returned for 2 days.

Friends, avoid this place!
We went there, at first we waited a long time for an administrator named Inal. My family and another other visitor. Knowing that people would come to settle in, he was absent there. Well, that's okay.
Before check-in, I paid an advance payment in the amount of 1 night stay. (We booked 2 houses, it turns out to be night x2). When we arrived there, we realized that this was really a grandmother's vacation, and the conditions did not suit us, we wanted to cancel the reservation, and just spend the night with our paid money and leave.
But, the administrator said that this is not allowed, then after you, the cleaner should be called separately....and this is 6,000 thousand to spend, I quote 😂 (I would clean there for that kind of money, we all thought), so if you want, leave, but we won't be able to spend the night for your money... here we are all very "surprised"...
They asked to call the owner. But, he is supposedly away. He's not here. Yeah 🤦🏼♀️
We decided that we would stay, we were tired from the road (it was a mistake).
The place itself and the area around it is a deep village.... There is a construction site all around, abandoned buildings. There are two cafes around with a rather impressive receipt. That's all. We have to go to civilization. If you don't have a car, then you definitely don't need a court, unless you want to stay in this little house for the whole vacation 🙄
As for the sea, it takes 8-10 minutes to walk to it. But there is no road, that is, there is no sidewalk. You have to walk along the roadway, where Abkhazians are just rushing at crazy speed, with their bold driving style. I was with a stroller! And it's wildly scary to walk down the road. There is a sand zone closer to the sea, and there is no way to pass with a stroller, although I clarified this point with the administrator, he said the road is normal 😂🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
The next day, after swimming in their pool, well, or the sea, children 7 and 1.5 years old fell down with a terrible rotavirus. We were lying down for 3 days... the little one didn't eat anything... there was no rest, and we decided to urgently go towards Sochi to see a doctor. The children didn't feel well at all. We didn't have insurance. And then, on the part of the management staff, strange movements began in my direction. When I asked for a refund of some of the money for the accommodation, since we are leaving, Inal seemed to say that OK, we will resolve the issue. The next day, he asked me to write a statement, and DEMANDED to take my children (who are not far from 🚽) it is not clear where to confirm their state of health 🙄 in his eyes, I made it up, apparently 😂 ! He even "threatened" to escort us to the border OUT OF TURN🤦🏼♀️
Next, his owner was supposed to drive up.. to discuss our departure, and he never came... but we waited. 🤦🏼♀️
Cherry 🍒 - this nedadmin forgot to check the house before our check-in (he stood and lied to my eyes that he checked personally 😮 - a disgrace), and the cleaners forgot to put warm blankets for me. So this man scammed our car in search of his blankets 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ It's tinny.
People - don't come here! A specific disappointment awaits you! Impressive communication from the staff , and of course , no one returned the money to us...🙅🏼♀️🙅🏼♀️🙅🏼♀️ the vacation is ruined😓 the impression of this place 🤢
