We had a rest at the end of July 2024.
The hotel has a very good location: 2 minutes to the promenade along the sea, 5 minutes to Migros (there is also a cafe with Turkish cuisine and prices are 2 times cheaper than in the city center), 15 minutes to the center of Side, near many souvenir shops. The beach is a 5-minute walk away (to the right along the shore, opposite the gendarmerie), there are plenty of sun beds at any time of the day. The territory of the hotel is compact, but there are many stairs for transitions between pools. By the way, if you want to rest at basik's, then it's better to take sun beds early, because there are a lot of people, and many throw towels and then don't come for hours.
The rooms are a bit small, but generally good. The air conditioners are working powerfully, the balconies are of normal size, the shower/toilet is not broken, the refrigerator and safe are available, 3 Russian channels are on TV, daily cleaning. When checking in, ask for a room on the upper floors, because on the ground floor you may find a room with access to a sunbed by the pool or a table by the restaurant.
There are no questions about the hotel's cuisine at all: lots of vegetables, cheeses, snacks and sweets, 3-4 side dishes to choose from, mostly chicken and turkey, omelets for breakfast, grilled meat for dinner, Turkish Wednesday night with an open kitchen, burgers and pastries in the snack bar, ice cream in the middle of the day by the pool in the third building. Drinks are also good: sodas, juices, beer, wine, gin, vodka for free, cocktails for 4-6 euros. There are no queues for breakfast, but there are collapses for lunch and dinner, including it is better to arrive 5-10 minutes in advance.
The contingent at the hotel is mostly family and European, including. do not expect that everyone will speak Russian with you, there is more of a bet on the Germans with their euros in their pocket)) Otherwise, the hotel is very good, if not the best in its price segment! I definitely recommend it!
A hotel for a relaxing holiday, not far from the sea, has its own small beach, there have always been free sun beds. Beach towels are paid, so it's better to bring your own. The rooms in Building C are not new, but the plumbing is working, the beds are comfortable and the bed linen is clean. If there is any malfunction, the administration reacts quickly. The food is varied and delicious. WI-FI is free only in the lobby, in the rooms for a fee. Overbooking often happens, from our arrival someone was accommodated for one, and someone for two nights nearby - in a very modest Sun Kiss hotel. We only spent the night there, and during the day we enjoyed all the benefits of our hotel. As a bonus for the inconvenience, we were provided with free WI-FI and beach towels.
Great hotel. We rested in October for 7 nights. The staff is helpful, the food is delicious and varied, 5-10 minutes to the sea. A lot of kitties live at the hotel, cute fun and a mini petting zoo for residents) there are quite a lot of foreigners among the visitors of the hotel.
We liked it. A moderately quiet and peaceful hotel
