I went to the website, looked at the opening hours from mon. on Sunday. seven days a week. I think it's probably something with the phone, it happens with the equipment. But she went anyway. The door is closed, the lamps are not lit in the room. There is no announcement. I tried the door several times, but there were no signs of life. I wrote a message to the same number. And she left with nothing. For the record, I needed complete plumbing for the bathroom, toilet and kitchen. An hour after my message, the operator on the phone woke up and wrote that they were still working. It's just that their door is like that. But I think that if there is such a door, it means complete disrespect for customers!(((What kind of force should you apply and what kind of big guy should you take with you?! to get to their store.
PS The operator also deigned to inform us that they have a shortened working day, which, again, is not a word on the site.
We bought a set of plumbing, well done, we delivered everything on time, everything is fine, without delay. Everything is working at the moment, thanks to the guys - good luck to them!!

1. On November 9, a Grohe installation kit + Cetus Alba 3701 toilet bowl was purchased.
2. Installation began on November 30, after installation, it turned out that the height of the attachment point (two holes) in the toilet bowl turned out to be significantly lower than in other toilets, therefore, the height from the floor to the top of the toilet bowl is 50 cm, at a rate of 40-42.
3. They called the manager of the online store - he refused, referring to 14 days.
4. We called senior manager Artyom on December 5, Monday, he said he would call back after lunch and give feedback. I didn't call back.
5. We called again on Wednesday, he said he would call back after lunch and did not call back.
6. We called again on Thursday, he said he would call back after three o'clock and did not call back.
7. I called on Friday, he said that there was a refusal, there would be no exchange. The reason is because the deadlines have passed, and the suppliers also refused to exchange the goods. But what does the suppliers have to do with it?
If you are the owner/top manager of a store and you are reading this review, you have employees who do not care about your business and your customers. I was thinking of ordering plumbing from this store for another half a million (showers, faucets, etc.), but now I definitely won't, and this is the income that this company will not receive.
