I tried to visit this store in Almaty on 03/23/25. In the morning I called the number +7 777 591 55 75 at about 10:30 a.m. It seemed that the number was being reset. I went to the website, looked at the opening hours from mon. on Sunday. seven days a week. I think it's probably something with the phone, it happens with the equipment. But she went anyway. The door is closed, the lamps are not lit in the room. There is no announcement. I tried the door several times, but there were no signs of life. I wrote a message to the same number. And she left with nothing. For the record, I needed complete plumbing for the bathroom, toilet and kitchen. An hour after my message, the operator on the phone woke up and wrote that they were still working. It's just that their door is like that. But I think that if there is such a door, it means complete disrespect for customers!(((What kind of force should you apply and what kind of big guy should you take with you?! to get to their store.
PS The operator also deigned to inform us that they have a shortened working day, which, again, is not a word on the site.
