An interesting art object has been installed near the main post office — communications office No. 15 on Moskovsky Prospekt. This is an unusual mailbox in the form of a postman's bag with a pigeon on a belt, the author of which is Evgeny Demidov, a master of industrial training at the Vitebsk State College of Electrical Engineering.
