We are pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The breakfast is varied (check the milk :)) A quiet, cozy hotel, within walking distance of Islam Karimov Park, many shops and, of course, Registan. I definitely recommend it.

It's dirty, the cleaning is poor, toothpicks are in the sockets, the breakfasts are meager and not tasty, the coffee for breakfast is paid, although the cheapest coffee machine is. The owner and the young guys, the staff, were polite and courteous, trying to straighten things out. But how to fix a dirty bed with someone else's hair, dirty mattresses, yellow and greasy pillows and pillowcases, walls stained with something black?!
The manager is a relatively young boor.
We checked in at night and moved to another hotel in the morning.
One of the good things is the small and decorated courtyard, the location of the hotel is close to the sights.
Recommendations: don't be afraid of the distance from the center. Choose a good hotel, a taxi is not expensive and Yandex GO works.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained, they provide slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo soap, delicious breakfasts, and a small buffet; -1 star for the nocturnal clatter of cockroaches in the ventilation and for the problematic use of water in the bidet and in the shower.

Plus one: proximity to the historical center (but it doesn't matter much if the basic need for sleep is not satisfied).
Minuses:
Oak beds, it is very uncomfortable to sleep.
We lived in a room next to the reception and because of the zero sound insulation, every step of the staff around is like a blow to the head.
On one side of the room there is a staircase to the basement along which the staff walks, on the other side of the room there is a staircase of the courtyard along which guests walk, on the third side of the room there is a reception where someone constantly leaves/arrives all night.
An unpleasant smell from the toilet and the inability to open windows.

First, they provided a room where the hair dryer did not work. He was on the ground floor, entering from the courtyard. I reported this to the reception, and I was replaced with another number without any problems. The other room was already on the second floor, with windows facing the street from the hotel entrance.
The room had slippers, towels, hangers, toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoos, shower gel, serviceable conditioner, bottled water.
One of the disadvantages for me personally was: a low-power hair dryer, dries my hair for a long time, it's better to go there with your own, or not wash your hair right before going out; I didn't catch wi-fi on the second floor at all, although the device was at the end of the corridor on the window, I used the Internet SIM card that I bought at the airport; plumbing in the shower needs to be replaced, the shower head did not evenly distribute the water, plus it was hot and normal. The neighbors were infuriated, as if they were deliberately slamming the doors to the room, it was very audible in the evening.
I took 2 nights, in general it is suitable for this.
The guys at the reception are very customer-oriented, there are no questions for them.
I didn't take breakfast, I can't say anything.

The hotel is close to Registan square, when traveling by car, use Yandex maps, Google's lying. The hotel is small, interesting, but very cramped room, window to the courtyard, people walk by, they can smoke next to the window. I do not recommend it!!! Run away from here! Smelly toilets, odors from which are transmitted from room to room and directly to the bedroom. That is, someone went to the toilet at home, and you stink 🤮
The mattresses are oak, it feels like you're sleeping on the floor. There is no sound insulation. Someone has an early check-out, and he walks along the tile with a suitcase along all the rooms and wakes everyone up. An inner courtyard with a cot: people are sitting there talking, and all the rooms overlook this courtyard. Who has a room inside, next to the reception, also did not sleep at all because of the constant noise

I can't say that I liked it. The appearance is quite pleasant, I would even say beautiful and cozy. But the rooms are very small, cleanliness leaves much to be desired (you will find 100% black hair of the maid on your bed), breakfast is three-course and is not cooked enough, an hour after the start there is nothing left to eat. The toilets in the rooms are very small, it will not be convenient for large people. You can stay for 2-3 nights no more

This is a guest house in the center of Samarkand, the renovation is fresh. Instead of a double room, we were given a 3-seater, not very cozy with a wardrobe at the entrance. The breakfast is average, you can choose something, I see olivier salad at breakfast for the first time :-)

This is probably the worst hotel in which I was "lucky enough" to stay for 10 days.
1. I'll probably start with breakfast, only instant coffee is the cheapest, pancakes or donuts, sausage, cheese, sliced sausages, boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers and some fruits - this is the whole buffet. The tables are always dirty, apparently after night gatherings, empty containers everywhere, fast food wrappers, an urn with cigarette butts right next to the table.
2. I handed over my things to wash (the service is paid), they promised that it would be ready in the evening, as a result, 3 days later I was asked to go down to the laundry room to find my own things among a pile of strangers.
3. I had to leave for another city, in connection with which I did not spend the night in the room for 2 nights, of course I did not check out, because I was going to return, on my return I saw that my room was rented, and my things were at the reception.
4. The air conditioner does not work in the room, it is +42 in the heat!!! I slept at night with the windows open, people are screaming all night under the window, cars are driving, in general it is noisy
5. There is a TV in the room, but it hangs as a decoration, because Wi-Fi also works as an air conditioner.
these are the disadvantages that I remembered, there are still a lot in the form of the lack of a refrigerator, the manner of communication of the staff, etc., and if you compare prices with other hotels, then the Sultanate is at the level of excellent hotels in the city.
In short, I will never choose this hotel again.
