We took the Fiat Aegan on the machine. The car is diesel, Renault Fluence level. The cost is $ 55 per day, paid in cash. All the registration is very fast, it took 5-10 minutes. I took a picture of the car before taking it, so when they handed it over, no one even examined it)) suddenly. In general, everything was fine, my wife drove, she liked it, I recommend it.
PS Refueled 30 liters just in case, drove 150 km, felt like they spent less than 10 liters, the next arenlator was lucky
We wanted to take a car, because we arrived in March, and you won't get much sun there. The cheapest car rental in the hotel was 75 euros ($80), in one of the places on the street - 25 dollars, at the Sultan's - 55. Actually, the prices at the hotel were biting, and it was just not safe to take a car on the street. After talking with the owner and renting an electric bike, we decided that we would take a car. When we booked a car the next day, we saw a Fiat Panda, it cost us $ 45.
The rental process - they wrote down my passport and driver's license data in some kind of electronic form (sort of so that the local traffic police would be aware that a tourist was driving, not a local one), signed some kind of paper, probably a lease, but it's not in Turkish, so it's not clear. They took the car. There was 1/4 tank of gasoline, filled 10 liters, returned the same with 1/4. They didn't write anything at the time of delivery, they just gave the keys and that's it, in case of minor flaws after driving - there is full insurance, so they didn't even check this question. They also left absolutely nothing as collateral.
The experience of renting in Turkey was for the first time, I can conclude that it is positive in all respects.
