Hello everyone. I stayed at this hotel from 04/22/2014 to 04/26/2024. I liked everything, even the view from the room window))))) The staff is friendly, helpful, and always ready to help. They understand and explain in Russian. Everything is within walking distance: shops, bazaars, attractions, stops, marinas, cafes, taxi park near the hotel, travel agency))) There is a private terrace. In the evening it is especially cozy and beautiful. The room has: hair dryer, shampoos, kettle, cups, coffee and tea, refrigerator, wardrobe with hangers, safe, TV. Everything is functioning. Breakfast at a nearby hotel, where they are also warmly welcomed, everything is fresh and hot. Buns, toast, tea, coffee (although instant, but very tasty), apples, boiled egg, olives and olives; various jams, honey, butter for sandwiches (all portions). It is quite possible to satisfy morning hunger for a long time. If you want a suite, you are definitely not here. And I was satisfied. I recommend you to stay.

I visited this hotel for the first time, which is located in the historical center of Istanbul. The place where the hotel is located is very pleasant and quiet, with a convenient location because all historical and significant attractions are literally 500-800 meters away. You can walk around everything and save on transport, and also you will not lose the mood. The hotel itself is *** small and cozy, everything is at home there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Anyone who is used to ***** comfort and chic may not like it, but that's not what we were driving for. Therefore, the hotel can be called a good place to stay, especially since mostly only nights were spent there. The room is not large, but it is quite comfortable, there is an electric kettle, and necessary utensils, coffee, tea, water in the room for free. The bathroom has a hairdryer and shampoo. You need to take a brush, paste and everything you need with you. Disposable slippers and towels are also provided. But the most beautiful thing about this hotel is the terrace overlooking the Marmara Sea and the beautiful mosque. If you decide to travel around Istanbul for yourself, and not bask on the beach, then this hotel is highly recommended. The environment is important, and there are wonderful and responsive people working there. I recommend.

The Sultan's Inn Hotel is small. But very cozy and beautifully decorated. The rooms are standard. There is a kettle and dishes, refrigerator, hair dryer, TV (never turned on - there is something to see in Istanbul without it!) . There are English-speaking guys at the reception, but thanks to an online translator, it was quite possible to communicate. Breakfast -as in the photo. There wasn't much variety. But the view from the roof terrace made up for everything. And the location of the hotel - 5-10 minutes from the Hippodrome Square - is generally super! There are a lot of cafes nearby, there is a small market with things and products, which is also very convenient. We really liked the hotel also because you can book excursions there, the choice is quite large. Friendliness and originality are the components of the Sultan's Inn hotel.

We stayed here with my mother in early October 2023. We, active tourists who planned to travel all over Istanbul in a week, were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is modest and small enough, but comfortable and cozy, clean and well maintained. It is located within walking distance from the tram station, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet Mosque (Blue Mosque). Of the advantages of the hotel, I can highlight: • Cleanliness of the rooms. • Convenient location. • Access to free Wi-Fi on all floors of the building. I would like to note the excellent connection quality. • The presence of a working air conditioner. • Responsive staff. The guy at the reception not only suggested how to quickly walk from the hotel to Hagia Sophia, but also showed where there is an inexpensive restaurant with high-quality and delicious dishes and an excellent view of the Bosphorus. He also helped us find the optimal (for the price) store, where we bought cheap food and water for a few days in advance. I would also like to mention my grandfather (who also works at the reception), who took our luggage and told us about the main sights of the city. • Coolers with drinking water located on the terrace and at the reception of the hotel. • Clean slippers were provided for the room. • A modest tea and coffee set: a kettle in good condition, two bags of instant coffee, spoons, cups and a whole box of black tea, which was enough for us for the entire stay. Of the minuses , I want to note: • Terrible view from the window of the dilapidated wall of the neighboring building and the road. In other things, we lived in a standard room on the third floor, so, alas, I could not expect more. • A meager breakfast at a nearby hotel. Egg honey, jam, bread and tea. Unfortunately, there was no coffee. • No elevator. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floors. • Hard beds and pillows. In other respects, this detail is exclusively individual in nature, since some prefer to sleep on a hard one. • Tiny size of all rooms. As a result, I can only say that Sultan's Inn is a hotel for tourists who plan to spend their holidays actively and not in the position of a seal. This is a simple place that is able to meet your basic needs and hospitably shelter under its roof. In my opinion, the hotel deserves its 4 stars.

The hotel is suitable for people who came to spend the night cleanly, and walk all the time during the day. Since we only slept there, the room is generally normal. But: -the floor was not washed once during the week of stay -small room -audibility of neighbors -bed linen with old stains -do not put toothpaste, brushes, shower gel Dignities - not bad for your money -there is a safe, tea, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer -location of the fire. All the sights are nearby -breakfast with a beautiful view (breakfast is meager)

I really do NOT advise you to check into this hotel. Rested in September 2023. The interior is nice, in the Turkish style, a lot of old objects and paintings. But this is where almost all the advantages end. I was met by a grumpy grandfather, who did not respond to my greeting, but began to grumble something under his nose in Turkish. They put me in a room on the 4th floor, sooo small, even for 1 person, although it was designed for 2. Yes, there was everything necessary in principle, although very old (air conditioning, hair dryer worked with the last breath), but this did not bother me. On the day of check-in, we put 3 small jars with shampoo, this is all the delights over, for 6 days I have not seen anything like this. Towels were not changed at all, cleaning was not carried out, but at the same time a label was hung once that the toilet was disinfected, although this did not actually happen. THE BREAKFASTS WERE AT ANOTHER HOTEL!! I'm not a whimsical person at all, but it's something of course)) very meager portioned breakfasts: one egg, 2 slices of cucumber, a piece of tomato, portioned butter, 2 types of portioned cheese, jam and honey. Oh, yes, another thin piece of sausage. Bread, olives, puffs and a little melon could be taken at will as much as the soul desires. There is no freshly brewed coffee, there is cocoa from a jar, "juice", or rather diluted powder, well, tea already brewed from a teapot. That's it. I wish I had photographed it all. I didn't want to write a review initially. Perhaps if you come across a bigger room and if this situation with breakfast in another hotel was temporary, then everything will not be so bad) but I definitely don't set foot in this hotel.

Advantages: friendly staff at the reception, roof terrace with high quality Cons: A disgusting budget breakfast that repeats itself day after day. And we lived for 6 nights. On the 6th night, you can no longer see this boiled egg (but if you don't eat it, you won't eat at all). In the photo, the whole breakfast per person (there is a watermelon and 3in1 coffee on the common table). Given the huge prices in Istanbul, you literally force yourself to eat it, otherwise you will go hungry. After all, the neighboring cafes in the city center set unrealistic prices. Repair for 2/5. Sound insulation for 2/5. I do not recommend staying in this hotel for more than 3 days.

A cozy city hotel, friendly staff. The rooms are quite large, seriously cleaned on demand, daily surface cleaning. TV, electric kettle, refrigerator with free water, free cooler at the reception. Meals at a nearby hotel on the terrace with a beautiful view.

The hotel is ordinary. There is an air conditioner. The bed is the same. Shower, toilet. From the fourth floor you can see the sea and the roofs of neighboring houses. In the evening, you can have dinner on the roof.

The photos are certainly more beautiful, in reality the interior of the last century, furniture and equipment are a little fresh, everything is waiting for replacement. Clean, the staff is trying.

I love Istanbul, but this hotel is a geto in the midst of Turkish splendor. The room is scanty, the doors in the cabinets are torn off, the outlet in the form of an extension cord hung right over the mirror like snot, normal outlets did not work. One of the three administrators had a look, as if we had asked for him at home and were still in command! When he was working, he turned off the heating and the room was damp and cold, and the split did not work, there was not even a remote control. Glasses and cups were barely begged for . Well the other 2 receptionists were normal and friendly. The heating was working with them, the room was much more comfortable. There is a separate story about breakfast in general: I had to go to another building every morning, their branch, as I understood it. Breakfast was so meager that several times I didn't even want to go, especially in a downpour, to another building. The woman who served breakfast, it's just darkness - her face expressed such disregard for the guests, she was constantly talking on the phone and going somewhere, I had to go downstairs to find her and ask for something. Conclusion: if you want to live in the center, choose another hotel. For the same money, you can stay in a great hotel, with its own restaurant and a new renovation. It's a pity I found out about him the day before I left. If necessary, I can give you the contact of the owner, he speaks Russian by the way.

The rooms are not big, neat, there is everything you need! Breakfast at a nearby hotel, not a buffet, but a ready-made set of butter cheese bread jam, egg! But a gorgeous view from the terrace on the Bosphorus.

In general, the hotel is not bad. It is quite suitable for a solo trip. If you are used to the service of Alanya and Antalya, this is not for you ((breakfast at a nearby hotel (very poor), the rooms are small (different from the photo). Otherwise, everything is fine, the air conditioner and refrigerator are working. The area is close to mosques

The furniture in the room is worn out and looks like from the 90s. Walls with defects. The room has never been cleaned in 5 days. The bed is stained. In addition, we were not given a duvet cover initially. There is no sound insulation. You have to go to another building for breakfast. And the breakfast itself is 1 egg, a piece of sausage, a piece of tomato and cucumber, cheese and a small piece of butter with bread.

Do not settle here, or ask for a large room right away. Breakfasts in general ... 👎 The rooms are so small and dirty that it's just creepy. It feels like there is no owner of the hotel who would put things in order there. The only thing is that the location is very good and that's all you can say. But people go to this part of the city to walk around the city, but there are better hotels nearby.

This is not a 3-star hotel, but an ordinary shabby hostel. The breakfasts are in the next building and they suck. The photos do not correspond to reality. When you go to Istanbul, get ready that you will be deceived at every step.
