We had a rest in the cabins. A very cool place! The sea is two steps away, there is a barbecue area with tables and chairs, a dining room on site, a fountain, a playground.Its own beach with umbrellas and sun beds. A sunbed could always be found! Early in the morning, no one at all.The pool was cleaned of leaves, but there was still sediment on the bottom, they rarely swam there. We entered the dining room 1 time. They saw that everything was hidden and it was not clear how long it had been there, they left.They did not take any chances to eat.Friends ate a casserole in the morning, they said it was delicious! The reviews wrote that it stinks of plastic. There was 1 time, and it smelled for less than 2 minutes..There was no smell of fish, because the owner said that autumn-spring is the period of fishing and processing.The electricity was turned off 1 time during a thunderstorm for 15-20 minutes.The water in the room was always hot, even very hot, so you could wash at any time!The cabins have air conditioning, but the furniture in the shower is already tired. In our room, the shower doors were sliding off the grooves.. My husband corrected me.The toilet paper holder was broken and was always falling down..The bed creaks, it became annoying at the end of the vacation. The sofa in my friends' room was broken, somehow it was made so that I could sleep. The covers on the sofas have not been washed for a long time, because everything is stained.The linen was changed 1 time on the 4th day out of 10 (we specially approached and asked to clean up and change the linen with towels). The sea is clean, transparent, and warm!

It's a great place. The sea is 5 meters.the dining room on the territory is normal. There were no stomach problems. The porridge is good in the morning. A lot. That was the problem with minibuses. The trolleybus doesn't run here anymore. Therefore, the bus (small 15p) and the minibus 30p. They often pass by. They are overflowing. But we walked sometimes. It's a little hot. But nothing for 30 minutes. We lived in a cabin. Teapot. Glasses. Decanter. Conditioner. TV. Everything is fine. They scold Masha, but we had no problems. You will come and ask for a paper. I had to change the towel. And clean up by yourself. But it was written. It's nothing. But the sea. Air. Beauty. Yes, according to reviews, it smells like fish and housekeeper. I don't know how it could smell like fish, the fish factory is not working. In just 13 days, it really smelled like a housekeeper on the left, but it quickly dissipated. Recommend.

We rested on 07/24/2023 the place is very good, the sea is super, the room is also great, everything is nearby, you can eat on the territory- a dining room, as well as nearby there is a place to eat, shops are within walking distance, the room is large, everything is clean, the bed is too, the territory is beautiful, the sea is 10 meters away,the administrator Ivan is well done,we really I liked it, it's not the first time in Abkhazia and believe me there is something to compare it with!
