Of the advantages, I will note only the relatively close location to the embankment. Otherwise, we were very disappointed. In the photos, the hotel seemed newer and cleaner. In fact, the old creaky wooden floors, the same bed (at least in room #1), a narrow dark bathroom, it also looks like there is stable smoking in the room and all the furniture and fabrics on the furniture, curtains and FEATHER! The pillows smelled of tobacco. Room cleaning also leaves much to be desired. Upon arrival, they saw used toilet paper and a bed with hair in the trash can in the room. To our reasonable remark, they said that it was the cleaner who apparently went while she was cleaning. Well, I also rested on our bed at the same time. The bed was changed, the bucket was replaced, but the sediment remained. If your windows face the road, then it is simply impossible to sleep with the window open, the street does not stop all night, the races are around the clock. In general, in my opinion, the price-quality does not correspond at all. I would like more cleanliness and care for the guests.

A good hotel in the city center, helpful hosts. The cafe opposite is excellent, there is a place to go near all the infrastructure shops, pharmacies, a coffee shop right under the hotel and there is also a shop. The beach is a 20-30min walk away. The embankment is 5 minutes away in a straight line. Abkhazia has conquered my heart. Thank you, I recommend the hotel.
Excellent mini-hotel. Cozy and sweet. There are Windows on the roadway and into the courtyard. I had a balcony facing the roadway. Very convenient location - everything is nearby. I recommend it for living.
The building looks old, but the owners are very welcoming, they did everything for the comfort of their mini-hotel.
Everything is nearby, as it is in the city center.
If you take the price / quality ratio, then you will not find a better option in Sukhum in the city center.
For a relaxing holiday, adults need what they need. With children, I would have hesitated. It's a little far from the sea, but not critical, but there is a place to just walk nearby.
