awesome apartments and a swimming pool and a kind character

Pretty clean. We had a large room for 2 families: each family had its own room, + one shared, kitchen, 2 toilets with shower and one toilet without shower, 1 balcony, one veranda (we ate there). Beautiful view of the Marina from the window. Despite the heavy noise from the road, the veranda was cozy. There is everything you need: a washing machine, a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, even a dishwasher. Private room with ironing board, iron and dryer. Nearby there are cafes, restaurants, and many supermarkets (in special departments, even during Ramadan, they sold pork and even alcohol in one place). The kitchen is good, but the dishes are VERY modestly equipped: for 4 people there are three normal forks and one giant, 4 tall glasses and 2 low, shallow and deep plates, but not a single salad bowl. A frying pan on which absolutely everything sticks. 2 pans of 7 liters and 9 liters. One small ladle. The hand washing gel is screwed in the bathrooms, we wanted to move it from 3 toilets to the kitchen, but we couldn't))). There was no hair balm. The hair dryer was only available in one bedroom, and just like the hand gel, it was tightly screwed in the drawer of the dresser, without the possibility of transferring anywhere.

The location is excellent, nearby (in 30 sec. walking distance) 24-hour supermarket, swimming pool from the hotel. There is a tram stop right in front, you can get to the beach, shopping center, metro, etc.
The beach is about 10 minutes away, if you turn off a little earlier, ignoring the navigator.
There are many cafes and restaurants, and there is a pharmacy nearby. It is located 10-15 minutes from the Marina Mall shopping center.
Travel time to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall by metro is 1 hour.
Access to the hotel level (plaza) is possible both by stairs and by elevator.
There are no complaints about the staff and service, cleaning is done every day, and the number of water bottles is updated daily. There are 4 pieces in the room: cups, plates, cutlery, towels, water, etc. The room was slightly cleaned, but the area is large, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, towels, iron are available. We found a room with a small balcony and a terrace overlooking the courtyard.
