The hotel is 3 minutes from the beach with an easy step. This is a huge plus. I got room 1502, everything is clean, everything is intact, no complaints, the air conditioner cools very well, and most importantly, it does not blow on the bed. There is a TV, a kettle, a refrigerator, a hair dryer for me, who cares, take it with you, shower accessories are always available, bathroom towels, towels for the beach, a two-seater sunbed with a bag. Tea, coffee, and water are replenished daily, and apparently because of the climate, we don't have time to drink so much water, if you refuse to clean, then they ask if you need cleaning, in general, the room is always clean, and it's also convenient to set the cleaning time in the application when you definitely won't be there. Breakfasts in a nearby cafe, 1 minute to go, dishes often change, but it's like the same thing, but it's for us, always fresh vegetables and fruits, fried eggs, an omelet with a choice of ingredients, rice, noodles, sauces, bread can be heated for a sandwich, sausages, pork bacon, chicken, baked potatoes, waffles, and there you add fruits, toppings, additives to your taste, you will not stay 100% hungry. The staff is friendly and kind. There is a window to the bathroom, it's huge, but it's a lot of places here, you have to be prepared for that. I liked everything in general.

We were from February 13-22, excellent 4-ka, the place is perfect, everything is nearby, 4 minutes to the sea.
The rooms are large, with a sofa and an armchair, a balcony with a table and armchairs. Breakfast at the Kiri - norm restaurant.
On the downside, the rooms overlook the courtyard, side mountain views, and the pool below. And by the pool in the evening there were several unconscious and not quite sober couples "sitting", as at home in the country, with beer. Respectively, conversations / laughter... We talked with other vacationers from decent hotels - they stupidly closed the entrance at 21:00 - and peace and quiet are provided ...
Another "feature" is a huge window from the bathroom to the room))) Well, for an amateur...
otherwise, I would go to this hotel again - definitely, yes.

A nice hotel with a great location, just 3 minutes walk to the beach. The room is small but comfortable. There was a sofa as an extra bed, not a cot, which was very pleasant! It is not very clear why you need a window from the bathroom to the room :)
The staff is friendly and smiling, cleaning every day.
The breakfast is excellent, with a large selection of dishes and fruits.
Nearby there is an excellent massage parlor, an exchange office with a good rate, a shop, a pharmacy and a market with a variety of good food.
We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel!

Excellent hotel, very convenient location on the beach, you can walk on foot to Kata Noi or Karon. There is a market nearby, the food is very pleasant, and massage parlors are within walking distance. The hotel has excellent breakfasts, including natural coffee, and a selection of side dishes and fruits is always available. Speaking of desserts, it is almost as diverse in Egypt (Sharm el Sheikh) with the all-inclusive system.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Close to the beach, near a food court and shops. One of the disadvantages is that you have to go to a nearby restaurant for breakfast. The menu is meager and monotonous for a 4-star hotel. You won't stay hungry, though. Breakfast is from 08-00, not very convenient, or rather, very inconvenient. There are a lot of Kazakhs in the relay - this is worse than the Chinese. They come in some groups or clans, sit down to dinner and snap seeds at the reception, bring speakers and try to arrange a disco in the pool after 23-00… The rooms are tired, dust, rust, cobwebs. The maids don't understand English or Thai - ours was from Myanmar… The room is cleaned when they want it, not you… It is very difficult to negotiate. We stayed at the hotel in January 2024.
Basically, we liked everything. Without frills and luxury, but quite to yourself. A good hotel, nothing bothered me. The location is excellent - 200m and you are on the beach. And when you return to the hotel at lunch - all the way in the shade, which is important in this heat. The room is clean, cleaned every day (although we put up a sign to be cleaned every other day, but they still called and asked again). The staff is smiling, there is Internet, for 4 people. Sometimes it doesn't load very well, but I even watched the movie on the sly. We lived in a 5-storey wing, it is to the right of the pool on the 5th floor. The room is newly renovated in the Gucci style. The breakfasts in the restaurant are not super plentiful (as in huge Turkish hotels), but there is everything that is usually eaten for breakfast - eggs (boiled, fried, omelets with fillers, scramble - they do everything on request), chicken soups, several types of hot dishes (I would rather choose something that is clearly not sharp). Toasts, breakfast cereals, yogurt (my daughter really liked it), fruits (tangerines, bananas, watermelon, melon, Dragon fruit, papaya, pineapples), fresh vegetables (lettuce, cherry, cucumbers, broccoli, etc.). Tea and coffee in the assortment. 5-6 baking options, preferably puff pastry, but I didn't like it. They don't know how to make it here, but this is my vision, 2 types of juice (but it seemed to me that it was chemical, they didn't take it anymore. In general, you will not stay hungry. The next time I go to Kata, I will choose this hotel again, since the proximity of the beach is important when frying and there are a lot of shops, fruit stalls, makashnits, restaurants nearby. I liked the Veranda restaurant the most. Russian Russian and Thai cuisine is excellent there, the administrators are Russian guys and the staff already understands it too. Only here I ordered Thai dishes, as I wanted them "completely without pepper." In other restaurants nearby, and they are here every 40-50m, the menu is plus or minus the same, the difference is only in price. The price is slightly higher in the Veranda, but there is almost always a full landing, but the cooks are good. In other places, you don't have to do it one time at a time.

The staff is friendly and resolves issues promptly.
We lived in a 2-room family room. This is such a stand-alone module. On which the sun shines from 12 to 17 o'clock. But the air conditioner does a good job if you don't turn it off. We were lucky, the air conditioner didn't break.
Nice spacious rooms. Carved wooden furniture, paintings, high and large beds. But everything is so tired : the doors are fastened, the table swings in different directions, here and there something falls out and falls off.
And most importantly, the windows do not open. One cast glass without window frames.
The doors to the toilet and shower are transparent glass. Very relevant for a family room🤦♀️
In the morning and in the evening, there is a terrible smell of sewage from the toilet. Let me remind you that you will not be able to open the windows, they are not there.
The lighting is very weak, the bulbs are barely shining.
The room itself is very dirty. That's right dirty. There are layers of dust on paintings, under the bed, in closets, on nightlights, on the chandelier. Room cleaning is very mediocre. Except for the floor, nothing else is wiped. They don't even touch the bathroom mirror.
Towels are often stained.
In general, the feeling of the hotel is twofold.
They seem to have new numbers, but definitely not this one.

We are currently resting at this hotel, although we are flying home tomorrow. We really liked everything, room cleaning every day, you won't stay hungry at breakfast. The staff is polite, everything is clean and beautiful in the lobby. They cleaned every other day, water daily, but you can ask for it and they will give it for free if necessary. WiFi works well. Everything that is written in the reviews, everything coincided with reality: tired rooms, half-dead plumbing, a window to the bathroom from the room, and monotonous breakfasts. I read that there is a hair dryer in the room, I did not take my own, but the hair dryer is dead, if the hair is long, take it with you. But you can live quite comfortably, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning is good, there is even a beach bag with a mat in the room, separate towels for the pool. The pool is small and shallow, 120 cm.
The staff is really super cute and helpful. It was very pleasant when my daughter's birthday brought a plate of fruit and candles to the room.
The hotel is quiet, we got a room on the 3rd floor, windows overlooking the pool, we didn't hear any extraneous sounds from the street at all.
Of all the hotels nearby on the second line, this one is really the closest to the beach, 3 minutes.
On the way to the beach, the final bus stop to the old town is convenient.
Kiri's restaurant, where breakfast is served, then works as a simple restaurant, there is pizza, burgers, and pasta. If the national food has not arrived, then the usual one will always be at hand. The fast service is very useful, I would say fast, considering that it is always crowded in the evening.

The location is excellent, 200 meters to Kata-it's not stressful in any weather and time of day, Breakfasts are above average, in an open-type cafe right at the intersection - in the morning it's fun to sit drinking coffee and watch as the intersection wakes up and the resort movement gradually begins. The hotel itself is an ordinary boutique, there is a mini-hall, everything is standard, the balcony is wide, you can hide in the shade from the sun. There were no problems with the service room, towels were filled up. We came from the beach at lunch and they left fresh ones in the bathroom - a trifle, but nice. The underwear is fresh, not tired.
The staff is there and not noticeable.
