I bought a computer chair for 17.5 thousand rubles. When buying, they said that the warranty does not apply to the wheels. After a couple of months, the chair came apart at the seam. There was no mechanical damage. The manufacturing defect is obvious. When contacting, they said that this was not a warranty case. Then it is not clear what is a warranty case at all. In general, when buying in this store, you can not count on a guarantee. Probably as well as the proper quality of the product.
