Master Olga helped me choose the type of coloring, from a professional point of view, she told me about the pros and cons of different options, and she chose the perfect color. Today was the second time in this studio, master Olga Kholodova ruined my hair in a way that words cannot describe! And this is the second time! For the first time, all her flaws in coloring total blonde were fixed by the studio owner herself! Today I was simply redirected to the nearest hairdresser, because the owner of the studio had neither the desire nor the opportunity to fix the master's joints! The bottom line is that we have the following: frayed nerves, a wasted day, taxi expenses, and what they did to me around the corner at the barbershop didn't really save the situation! After paying 250 rubles for tinting and discoloration of the roots, you expect proper maintenance, coloring with premium dyes and using professional hair care!as a result, we have Estelle coloring and shampooing from the Mila store at the economy class hairdresser!I strongly do not recommend Master Olga Kholodova!
