I've done manicures and pedicures here many times. Different masters each time. Unfortunately, the quality leaves much to be desired. All the craftsmen make hard cuts, although I warned about this. And every master says the same thing, "I don't have cuts." 😂, as a result, after removing the gel, my nails were lumpy... one master did each nail extension for me (simple) for 4 hours... the second made acrylic, which cracked on the 7th day of wear, the third master did not finish drying the gel, the fourth master (a red-haired girl) in general, a sick woman came, without hiding it, and infected me. That was the last straw. Plus, she made me some kind of super reinforcement for ++ money, which fell off after 1.5 weeks of wearing
The price tag in the cabin is not small. But the quality doesn't match. Sorry.
The receptionist was so cool and attentive, and they lost her. Now the new female receptionist won't even offer tea.…

Here is the updated review:
I visited a manicure salon, and the result was average. The master worked carefully, the coating holds well, but the process took longer than usual. The design was slightly different from my expectations, despite discussing the details. The service was polite, but it felt like we could have tried a little more. I can come back, but so far without much enthusiasm.

All the girls are beautiful, neat, treated to delicious coffee, but speed does not mean quality. They are big, the top is not painted on the sides. After the procedure, it is not visible, because the oil will hide everything. I only did my fingers. The tool tray is old, it looks terribly dirty, all the jars are dirty, the curtains are dirty, and I always pay attention to this. There is a cool hood, which is a big plus not to breathe dust.

A regular client of the studio for several years, I like the option of 4/6 hands (manicure, pedicure, eyebrows). There are not many options in Minsk with good 4-hand service, if there is something better, then it costs more. I'm signing up for top masters and so far I've never regretted it. They offer tea/ coffee/ water, there is a waiting area. Over the years, it is clear that the staff is changing, but I was lucky and I have not yet encountered a deterioration in quality

the location is convenient. Centre. you can park the car right next to the salon, or arrive by transport without a breakdown. the staff is very polite and friendly. The girls are magicians. a very (very) large palette. and also, very reasonable prices and what I value separately: quality + speed! individual approach to each client 🧡

I gave the salon several chances, but unfortunately, over the past year and a half, the work of the craftsmen has been rapidly fading away. The admins still manage somehow, and maintain the comfort of the service at the proper level. The craftsmen are relatively friendly, but some of the young workers are clearly unprofessional, apparently due to inexperience, which manifests itself with the discussion of inappropriate things (in the flesh before the po). As for the manicure, of course, the quality HAS DROPPED SIGNIFICANTLY! To compare how Tanyusha, Nastenka, Lisa, Vika, Nadia did manicures, and what the masters are giving out now is sad. It's Anna's fault that she launched the salon, and did not provide excellent craftsmen and administrators with working conditions, that everyone ran away. Specific disadvantages of manicure: incorrectly selected shape, as a result, hyponychium coming off until it bled, buns on nails, cut cuticles, sanded rollers to such an extent that on the 4th day they turned to stone! And there is always one excuse: "you use aggressive means at home." No! I don't do anything at home. In the photo, the manicure is 2.5 weeks old. The top is very badly rubbed from the slightest touch on household items, with a comment about chipping: "you didn't dry well"

Overpriced prices for average quality.
The service is low. The receptionist did not even offer water (tea and coffee are generally silent). It used to be a really good studio. Now they are slipping in terms of service and quality of work. I will look for another place. I won't come here anymore and I don't recommend it.

I've been doing a manicure with Nastya Lyamtseva for six months, I'm very happy)) in general, I am a sissy and just stopped at that salon and a master who can be trusted) I also did eyelash lamination, everything is OK too) all the girls are well done, and most importantly - everything is always positive, on time and politely. Comparing with other salons, it is cozy, clean, there is no imposition of procedures like "you have beautiful thick eyebrows, but we suggest feeding them with vitamins")0)) Thanks, I'd rather buy some fruit)

If it were possible to put zero, I would, they absolutely do not value their clients' time.
First, I made an appointment with one master, the administrator called on the morning of the reception, said that the master could not accept, offered an alternative or reschedule the appointment or make an appointment with another master. It's OK, stuff happens. But, the studio has no timing, it was recorded at 18.00, I sat for 15 minutes, not understanding how much longer I have to wait: an hour, two, until the next morning maybe I went to the administrator to clarify how much longer I have to wait, I said I do not know, I need to clarify, I understood that I would not be accepted immediately and I'll have to wait some more, so I had to cancel the recording and leave without a manicure. Wasted time and nerves.
Earlier in 2020, I often visited this studio because of its convenient location, but again I ran into the problem that the masters constantly delayed recording, returned two years later and nothing changed 😂
