I was there on Sunday.
Well done manicure. And they offered delicious lemonade with ice, which was more useful than ever in the heat. A couple of days ago I was in the Sandbox and they gave me such a tasteless cocktail for 6 rubles that it's amazing how they're not ashamed to take money for it. And here's lemonade: free and delicious! And a manicure. And there is an online record. Thanks!

I do not recommend this salon at all. I went for manicures and pedicures. It was done very quickly, but the quality is terrible. The coating has not been completely removed, the brown old one is visible under the new white gel. There are detachments everywhere, the coating is with bumps, all the nails on the feet are covered crookedly, something sticks out everywhere. The receptionist didn't even offer me water. They agreed to the complaint that the quality of the service is poor, BUT they can redo it only for 50% of the payment, they also refused to refund the amount. In general, I don't recommend you to set foot there anymore!

An unpleasant situation has turned out in this institution. My husband signed up for a beard correction, but they didn't really do anything. There is no wet shave, the thickness has not been removed, the edging has not been done. The cost by phone was from 5 rubles, but in the end it was 20. We will not come anymore.

До последнего раза думала салон и салон, как всегда мастера ходят крутят носом. Но косметолог Наталья, вообще убила всё! Именно в этом салоне нет телефона. Мы договорились о встрече, на определенное время, за пару дней. В моём понимании, раз мне не поступило звонка, значит всё в силе. Что бы зря не ехать, я набираю, затем пишу косметологу Наталье, она не отвечает. Я звоню на тел. из инета, поднимает администратор, извиняется, говорит, сейчас найду, всё будет в порядке. И вот объявляется Наталья, звонит мне и говорит что она уехала, у нас встреча, а она уехала куда то и будет не сегодня. На мои вопросы о том как так, мы ведь договорились, она вместо извинений, наехала на меня, что я ей не позвонила, не предупредила, что всё в силе!!! Я была в шоке!!! Да что вы там себе возомнили, это я вам несу деньги! А не вы мне. И ещё она мне начала высказывать чего это я звоню в салон и жалуюсь на неё, алё! Наталья это вы уехали, а я вас разыскивала, а куда мне звонить нужно было. В общем в салон я не попала в тот день и сказала сама себе, что больше и не пойду.
Девушке админу респект, а от таких мастеров как Наталья, нужно держаться подальше.

Хорошее впечатление произвела парикмахер Анастасия! Выслушала пожелания,предложила альтернативу,также посоветовала уход за волосами. Стрижкой осталось довольна.Рекомендую!

Мне не понравилось. Приходила на педикюр 26.06.2021, с обработкой ступней и долговременным покрытием. При записи-онлайн время процедуры было указано 1 час 30 мин., по факту длилось 50 мин. Обработка ужасная, кутикулу плохо удалили - только поверхностно, загрубевшую кожу на больших пальцах тоже плохо отшлифовали - осталась вполне видимая многослойность. Покрытие тоже неаккуратное, финиш нанесен неравномерно - на некоторых пальцах треть ногтя вообще без финиша осталась, на больших пальцах волны и бугры. Такое чувство будто я пришла к любителю, а не к профессионалу. Зачем было торопиться сделать за 50 мин, если отведено времени почти в 2 раза больше?! К сожалению, эти недочёты я только дома заметила (с маникюром в этом плане проще). Отдала за это 50р.
