Overall, everything was fine, except for some things that negated everything else.
Positive:
+ convenient location
+ courteous staff
+ the building itself looks very beautiful
+ the design of the hotel is very nice, quite modern. It is clear that they tried their best
+ the breakfasts were nicely canned
However!
- the whole 5 days of my stay stank strongly of sewage and urine in the bathroom ! It was just impossible to enter. I assume that this is due to the fact that the building itself is in the old part of the city and the sewage system is not in its newest form.
- sometimes they put rotten fruits at breakfast, and food was poorly stored in the refrigerator. For example, the cheese smelled very strongly of the refrigerator. …
I think that all these advantages should be in a hotel for such a high enough price. And the cons are simply unacceptable.
The idea of the hotel is good, the design is thoughtful, but it didn't work out with maintaining the bar. Unfortunately, it's just a pretty picture.
I would NOT recommend going here. For a price range of 8-12k per day, you can find more successful options.

In general, I liked everything - a quiet and not noisy place in the very center. Beautiful views from the room. The disadvantages include the fact that there is not enough space in the bathroom, shelves, etc. I recommend this hotel for the price/quality ratio.…

A very nice hotel, the hall is decorated in pleasant shades. Beautiful view in the evening, new comfortable rooms in a modern style!
Great location, there is a wonderful Nami coffee shop nearby where you can drink great coffee. This is my favorite hotel in Tbilisi and my favorite location in the city. I've stayed in other places before, this is the best
