I wanted to sign up for a procedure to fix my nails. I called the studio, and we agreed with the administrator to sign me up for the evening (about 6 hours after the conversation).
I successfully signed up and continued to do my own thing. But after 10 minutes I get a call from the same studio.:
"We have a client here now and there will be a 5 o'clock window after him, the master would no longer like to return to work tonight after this client, so we will not accept any more appointments for today."

She brought her daughter to cut the tips, talked over the length with the master, until she went to the second child, the daughter was cut twice as long, the daughter was shocked, came out in tears, the most interesting thing is that the master, who initially was not very pleased with her face, said that we agreed and generally it had to be done. supposedly, in the right way, we needed to keep the length, because soon we need to do our hair for the event, in general, the worst fear when you just go to cut the ends was justified, unfortunately. I don't recommend it.
