Today I brought my son for a haircut, I signed up in advance. master Natalia Zhgutova did not want to cut, she asked various clarifying questions for a long time, I explained, showed what length I would like to get, told in detail, showed right on the hair, but she did not want to understand. The verbal description was beyond her comprehension. She demanded a photo, was indignant why we turned to her, and not to another master, asked who had cut the child before. In general, I had to invite Tatiana, who had her hair cut earlier, but it didn't help. I brought the children for a haircut, an older woman cut it and we were very unhappy. I showed the photo and asked her to cut it like that, at least it looks like it, but she just disfigured my child, she just cut it sooo short, the child was upset, didn't even want to go to school. The hairdresser herself is good and we like other craftsmen too, but we will never go to this woman again. She also gave me advice when I cut my children's hair, although I did not ask her for advice, much less her opinion.

It's just awful.
The receptionist met me at the entrance with a baby in her arms.. It bothered me right away.
They sent it to the master. I just needed to make a neat cut in a semicircle like a square. The master cut it crookedly!!! I told her about it, but she replied that everything was fine. When I got home, I went to straighten my hair to make sure. It was cut off very, very crookedly, and it was very visible. Half an hour later, she returned, demanded another master, who corrected a little, it got better, but still have to wait until the hair grows back to make a normal hairstyle 😔
