Pros: a fairly new building, close to the sea, a nice clean courtyard with tangerine trees.
Cons: there is no cleaning in the rooms, if with food, then it will be an absolutely creepy place called Ogonyok (do not go there).
A dining room has been built on the territory, but for some reason it does not work, there is no barbecue area, although I would really like to.
It's very, very sad with the Internet, Wi-Fi is half dead and constantly disappearing.

I don't understand where the bad reviews come from, the hotel is good, everyone was very hospitable and helped throughout the rest. We had a rest in early September.
Well-groomed territory, it is clear that the owners are trying to create comfort. Good luck and prosperity to you🙏

In 2024, in September, we went on vacation to Abkhazia, namely to the village of Tsandripsh.
Unfortunately, we were very upset about this hotel. And it's hard to call it a hotel.
The room we were staying in was in a terrible state. There are cobwebs everywhere, there are no dishes and no table, the towels are washed to horror. The Ogonyok dining room is in the same condition. We went there for the first time, and immediately met an unpleasant smell. It is not possible to eat their food.
The vacation is ruined. We lived for three days and left there.
