As a result, they made out, transferred the money and that was it, they disappeared, after 3 hours I got through, another operator answered and said your order had not been placed, they say there was another young operator. They promised to deliver, I'm waiting. As soon as the information is available, I will also unsubscribe about the quality of the products.

The chocolate crumbles at the first bite, the strawberries are somehow artificial, no smell, no taste, no juiciness, just color, as if they are red with small bones. The price-quality ratio is completely inadequate, it was taken for the first time and hopefully for the last time.! I just didn't like it terribly, I'm sorry for the money I spent!!!

They explained the operator's error, but judging by the early reviews (which I certainly did not bother to look at in advance), they have a standard approach to the client.
UPD: The order was delivered as a result. They added ice cream as a compliment. I didn't get a verbal apology. The surprise is ruined. Not intent, just unprofessionalism.

It got worse, 3 hours passed, and nothing, no call, no delivery, moreover, there is no answer anywhere. After that, I already decided to go to the place myself, and there are a lot of people there, just like I did not receive my orders and they demand to be given them on the spot. The funny thing is that my order didn't even start cooking after 3 o'clock, and worse, I was standing there in this ala air conditioner and waiting for another half hour.....
When people asked the staff where my order was, they said that it had already been delivered, but when they asked for the courier's number or at least the name, they stupidly did not know who they were handing the order to.
The question arises, isn't this a scam?

The best products in this company. Always on time and delicious. Even when problems arise, they enter into a dialogue and solve them. One day they delivered it right at night and thus helped out.
