I liked everything very much, of course I want everything to be restored. The food is good, the entertainment program is excellent, especially for children, we had a rest in mid-October, we had a great time and had time to swim in the sea)))
In two buildings on the street it smells very much of sewage.
And do not order a transfer from the hotel, utter disrespect for people, they drive worse than cattle, I do not know how other buses, but with the number 801 it is of course trash, all passengers were just shocked, despite the fact that they will not tell you that there is no luggage compartment, all suitcases and bags will tell you in an ordered tone that you would have stored them in the back seat one-on-one, and it doesn't matter what happens to them later, since we are bringing fruits from there.
In short, we drove and prayed that we would only get there alive 🤦♀️
I wrote to the transfer company, they didn't even bother to apologize.
We are simple people, not whimsical, but there should be at least some respect.

We visited the Country of Soul Hotel at the beginning of October last year. I liked the area , lots of trees and shrubs. The views are amazing and the sunsets and sunrises (lived on the 12th floor). The staff was helpful, the cleaning was clean, and towels were changed at our request. They also gave me a kettle . It so happened that the lights were turned off, but they immediately gave (their own generator) Of course, I want the plumbing to be changed and the showers need to be repaired. We walked a lot, just to relax in the room. About the dining room , of course , trash , as they say . It was as if our people hadn't eaten for a thousand years, they were grabbing fruits and slicing, and there weren't enough spoons, or rather they were practically absent. As it was, there was a lot of food and a variety, we were not hungry. We didn't really focus on this, we came to relax and admired nature, went on excursions. And we went swimming in the sea . Of course, we won 't be coming to this hotel anymore .Maybe only when the dining room is cleaned up.

We had a rest from October 29 to November 6, 2024, we really liked it,the territory is beautiful,the first three days we swam in the sea and in the heated pool,then it got colder, the rooms were cozy, clean, thanks to the maid girls we cleaned well, the dining room was cooked very tasty and varied,I am a cook myself,well done girls (this is even when that the lights were turned off)but we did not notice this at the hotel, the generator was working, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly both in the room and on the territory.The only drawback is the sabaks, they run around in packs, they fight among themselves, if you have a package in your hands, they climb up to the package, they tore up cats twice in front of us, they run together near the dining room and behave aggressively, you guys need to do something about it, because this is a serious problem, they are there at all It shouldn't be.
