The company refused to pay for the operation. Never take out a policy from this company. It's a disgusting attitude.

If an insured event occurred in Serbia, I notified the insurance company — I was told to contact the clinic, pay for the services myself and send them the doctor's report and all checks. After that, they did not respond for several months, unsubscribing that the application was still under consideration. As a result, they refused, since I am from Russia and am a citizen of the aggressor country (which for some reason did not prevent them from initially concluding an agreement and taking money from me)
