I bought a suitcase at this STOX store in April. In May, we flew on vacation and after that a part came off the suitcase + the full suitcase is unstable, constantly swearing forward. We contacted the store because the suitcase was under warranty. They replied that they could not help and we broke it ourselves. But what is our interest in breaking a new suitcase that is not even a month old. We demanded that the store contact the supplier and the suitcase be sent for inspection. But as expected, this is a "mechanical" damage, which is not included in the warranty. As for the fact that the suitcase is unstable when full and falls, they replied that the suitcase needs to be loaded in accordance with the norms, the norms are not indicated anywhere. The question arises, what is covered by the 12-month warranty? The store, in turn, did not take a single step to help us in this situation. Naturally, we are not going to contact this store anymore, and we do not advise you.

Considering the first order, it worked perfectly. I ordered RAM for my laptop: after ordering and calling, about 1.5 hours passed and I was notified that I could come pick up. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of delivery to the pick-up point. Of the disadvantages, there are no information signs where to go directly upon arrival at the pick-up point upon receipt of the goods. (+the site was negatively accessible at the time of receipt). A receipt and a warranty card were promptly issued on site.
