You have to stand in line, but this is not a minus, but rather, on the contrary, it says that it is delicious here and people trust this institution. Tables are cleared quickly, while the queue is moving, some have already eaten and there are empty seats.
You can pay both in cash and by card, but the card was not always given to pay, and it is not clear what this is related to.

I read the reviews and decided to go to breakfast, first of all, in this dining room. It's a good place. The interior, the decoration of a good cafe and even the toilets. It's all clear. There were enough people at 11 a.m. The menu is quite varied. Everything is fresh. The cradle is soft and juicy. There were three of us, we ate 2 tr. Not to say that it is quite cheap, by the standards of the dining room. Overall, it's not bad. And so, in a full-fledged cafe with good cuisine, menu, waiters and serving with alcohol, you can also eat delicious food for 2.5 tr.

The best dining room in Abkhazia in my opinion. Of the minuses, only the Abkhazian staff was one to adjust with the choice of dishes, while she forgot my plate in the microwave and overheated completely. Everything stuck to the plate. I went to wash my hands , cleaned up , swore in my Abkhaz . it spoils the impression, but I have not seen polite staff anywhere in Abkhazia, so this is the norm here.

My child and I have been in Gagra since 20.09 and for four days, on the recommendation of the owners of the rented apartment, we ate at this institution three times a day.
I do not argue, everything was fresh and delicious... But today, 09/24/24, I witnessed that during the absence of visitors, a distributor, like Oksana, picks with her bare hands in dishes with food that is served to visitors. To put it mildly, I was in shock. Especially since I took the second one, which she was currently picking at. When I made a comment about this, she was confused and apologized. But the staff immediately intervened and the distributor was fired up.
In the complaint book, I described my horror at what I saw, and then I asked Oksana for a book, to which she rolled her eyes and said - this is not Russia!
So, friendly Abkhazia can feed Russians by working without a book and without gloves!
We'll eat everything, where can we go?!
PS: Before that, she dropped cauliflower into borscht, but thank God, she had the conscience to call the cook, pick up the container and get this piece!

Sorrel and creamy mushroom soups deserve special praise. The portions are large. I was pleasantly surprised by the interior: at first glance, you wouldn't say that this is a dining room. The staff is pleasant and can cheer you up. A full-fledged big lunch for 4 went out 1800-2300 rubles.
