Minus 5 stars. We were at this eatery, ordered pork with vegetables, okroshka, prices per 100 grams. The portion of mashed potatoes was piled in chunks, about half a kilo each, the mashed potatoes were dry, disgusting, and cold. The meat is not bad at first glance, but it is also cold. Okroshka... Okroshka is finally an abomination. What kind of kvass is in it is not clear at all. When I asked if sour cream could be added, I was rudely told: "it's already on kefir." Kefir? I took it on kvass... In short, okroshka is generally nauseating. The meat was heated in a dirty, barely warming microwave, and the mashed potatoes, too. Prices... The prices are not big at first glance, but they are pulled out in portions, I thought there would be a portion of mashed potatoes per person, they piled on half a kilo, a total of around 300 rubles (this is one serving of mashed potatoes only), a huge portion of meat too... As a result, 2 servings of meat with so-called mashed potatoes for almost one and a half thousand. Of course, it didn't work out, because the mashed potatoes tasted like I couldn't find the words, the meat was small-boned and stringy, but it was also good that it didn't work out, because after this "miracle" meal I felt terrible, then I was sick, then some shit. The whole day was ruined by sitting not far from the "white friend". In general, if you want to spoil the mood all day, then you are here, and if you want to have a delicious snack, then clearly pass this place BY! Oh, and by the way, about the waitresses and cashiers, they just sit in a crowd at the table and don't even pay attention to anyone. The tables are pretty dirty, there was no salt on my table, and no napkins either.

The dishes are disposable, you warm them up for yourself, you warm them up a little harder - the plate melts, but this is nonsense compared to food. We haven't tried baking - it doesn't look bad, the pizza isn't bad either, but the ready-made dishes are just slop! Absolutely not tasty and very greasy. We took two pilafs with mutton and chicken - both rare..There was only one piece of chicken, the mutton stank of old bacon, but the oil was poured with an outlet - half a plate of butter. They also took a cutlet with buckwheat, which tastes the same as pilaf.In general, everything was thrown out, I still feel sick. And there is also a service right at the "height"! The guys are polite, but the lady (curly-haired) who was at the distribution, to put it mildly, is not pleasant. He serves as if he is doing a favor through someone, absolutely not filtering his speech in front of customers, showing with all his appearance that you are not welcome. The same lady was on tap - a rude and dismissive attitude. Two goddesses of catering. We were a big company, we ordered different things and everyone noted that the service was not tasty and terrible. And yes, there is also a toilet in another building of another dining room.

We breathed in August 2024. not far from this dining room. The prices are affordable, the menu is like in many other canteens, but there is a staff at the distribution (one curly-haired lady). It's just TERRIBLE. She is not adequate from the word at all. She shouts at the customers, and the rest of the staff reassures her.🤦🏻‍♀️ How can such a person work in the service sector? We went twice and twice she rushed at us like a saber. I'm not naked anymore. The management needs to think about the inappropriate behavior of the staff. Next time we'll go, we'll look for a hotel away from this dining room.
