I always stop by when I'm in Ruzhany for work.
For 4-5p. you can have the first, the second (with something meat), salad and compote. The portions are large (no wonder they ask you for a whole plate or half)).
The canteen of the local agricultural enterprise, therefore, the schedule is such that, first of all, the workers are fed at lunch. They work on weekdays from 12:00-16:00. Saturday is Sunday off.
Notes of "Sovietism" in the atmosphere are a minus for someone, a plus for someone. Clear.
It is designed for real hard workers who are in the field from 6:00 in the morning, at lunch they stopped by to have a proper meal of real food, and after that you can work before sunset)).
Minus the work schedule. And the distance from the center. In general, it is not designed for tourists.
But if a tourist finds the dining room and goes in, then you can still watch the sights of Ruzhansk for a long time)
