There is air conditioning and a TV.
There are no queues at one o'clock in the afternoon and there is still a choice of dishes.
To get into the dining room, you need to go behind the barrier (you don't have to ask the guard for permission) and then follow the scheme through the territory just to the left of the main administrative building.
