Good time of day, I plunged into the 80s and 90s, just like when I was a kid. It's also delicious and not expensive. However, it's a long way from the center, it wouldn't be bad to have a dining room closer to the center. At least within walking distance.

The budget dining room is like from the 90s, but the food is quite tasty and the portions are large.
A full lunch (soup, potatoes, cutlet salad, compote, bun) came out for 5.5 rubles.

Delicious, not expensive, and that's it. The USSR has not left this place. The finished food is heated right on the spot in the microwave. There is a choice, but the quality is questionable
