We had a rest together on Saturday . The kitchen is not bad for this price tag. Someone might like it , someone might not . It's a matter of taste....The service is good. When booking a VIP room for a sufficient number of people, the administrator asked only one clarifying question, "what kind of holiday" - or does something affect the holiday? There is no detailed information, 150 rubles per person, while it is not possible to get acquainted with the menu and, in principle, with the room. The second floor cannot be offered, as it may accidentally close due to technical reasons. Goodwill is at zero, I answered so as to quickly end the conversation, Customer orientation is at zero. This is the first time we have encountered such rudeness and indifference to visitors.

There was no New Year's program, in particular Santa Claus, as is usually the case at New Year's, there was no live music, as stated.The food was tasteless, they found a hair in the chicken, so no one even apologized, they just took the portion.There was no worse corporate party.There is something to compare it with.Among the advantages,beautiful interior, decoration of the hall.They react aggressively to criticism on Instagram, trying to prove that we made the wrong order, and therefore the table is poor.But we talked to people at other tables, and there are eyes, we saw the same thing, poor tables.

We entered this establishment at night from Saturday to Sunday at 00.30. The administrator said that there were no seats, everything was occupied, and the tables were reserved (at 00.30). Friends left the establishment, left us their table. The administration assured me that this table was also in good condition. How did they know what time people would leave? A lot of people left, but we never got a table. We are two married couples, we are decently dressed, and we are optimistic. They still didn't understand why they didn't please this lady.

The kitchen turned out to be not as terrible as it seemed after 2 hours of waiting, which cannot be said about cocktails from the bar. There were 11 people on the table and 9 bruschetta on the plate. The table design is zero. The stated program, when you're sitting on the second floor, is just about nothing. You can't see, you can't hear. Therefore, I'm sorry, the festive mood did not work out. On the plus side, the hall is beautifully decorated and that's it.

We were on the lunch menu, where the calculation is for the gram. Salads/side dishes are great.but the meat part is bad. One pork (there is no alternative to it, corny chicken). It was very salty , and the mch 's cutlet was clearly made of low - grade minced meat . - prices. Moreover, the prices are very above average. For such a location and food - too much (imho). I can sum it up like this: for the 1st time, I definitely would not have brought money here.

During my stay in the city there were 2 times, snacks and salads are not bad , cocktails are delicious ,pizza and rolls are terrible it feels like the pizza is defrosted and the rolls are bought in the store 🙂 the atmosphere is great UNTIL 10 pm , then the music starts so loud that even on the terrace you have to shout to chat ( on Friday it's not so loud when the DJ, and on Saturday it's too loud when there's live music ).both times the waiter Nikita served 👍 a positive guy and served on 5+🤝 Who has never been to this place is certainly worth a visit , since the atmosphere is 5+ , but it would be worth working with the kitchen🙂

If this review is read by guests visiting the city, then it is better to go and have a very tasty meal without such incidents at Easy in Yuzhny. Honestly, it's terrible. I understand that they just forgot about him, but still. We just sat for more than an hour and waited for everyone to be served dishes with a difference of 5-10 minutes. And this is with a HALF-EMPTY hall. We visited yesterday for the first time at 19.15-20.40, went in for a quick snack, but it turned out almost quickly) occupancy was 50 percent. The beef steak arrived 20 minutes later, almost cold. Salmon salad in 25-30 minutes (a lot of spices and salmon is not felt at all). We ordered a set of rolls by land, the waiter said the waiting time was 30 minutes. The dishes are eaten, the bill is paid at 19.50, we are waiting for sushi. The waiter said 2 times that they would be in 10 minutes, but alas. And most IMPORTANTLY: some of the dried ones were not fresh, the rice was terribly hard, and they were blind. We were upset with both the focus and the expectation - 1 hour and 20 minutes were waiting for the roles. Total is a solid unit, thank you.

In short, we celebrated the anniversary so-so and also fooled ourselves by begging for music for the birthday boy to take out the cake. The prices are high. The only plus is that you can have your own alcohol, and the juice costs 10 rubles and it took more than the alcohol itself, so it's not profitable. One star just for our company and the waiter.

Definitely one star for the institution. In October 2023, I ordered a table for New Year's Eve. The administrator said: the cost is 150 rubles, the drinks are yours. Everything is standard, everything is OK, there were no questions. They told me to make an advance payment of 50 rubles per person before December 1. In December, I make an advance payment, the administrator does not talk about any changes. They said they would call at the end of December to order a menu. They called on the numbers 19-20, agreed on a menu selection on December 23. When choosing a menu for 6 people and an amount of 900 rubles, the money limit for dishes ran out very quickly, the menu was expensive, I did not pay attention to it right away. But they said they had a condition :alcohol is carried by the guests, and soft drinks are only theirs, and are not discussed. The price of drinks : juice Rich 1 liter - 10 rubles, Pepsi 0.5 - 5 rubles. I clarify why the conditions change a couple of days before ng, and why it is so expensive, and it is impossible to make an order partially: we order part of it in a cafe, part of it is ours. The administrator's answer: <we are not doing charity work here, but we earn money >. And this was only the first unpleasant impression. Then three dishes from the order were missing from the table on New Year's Eve, I had to go three times and remind them what would be brought. But there was juice, which was not ordered at all. The receptionist didn't even apologize for what was happening at the table. The receipt was requested from the moment of arrival at the institution, from 21.30 to 00.00, also three times. They came to close the receipt, but one dish on the table was not delivered. But the receipt turned out to be 30 rubles per person for admission, which they did not even know about, allegedly for the program. The program with the presenter was supposed to start at 22.00, started at +- 23.30. There are also questions about the program : the presenter held two contests, talked into the microphone for 30 minutes, and spent the rest of the evening drinking and walking with the guests of the institution, then around the hall, then on the terrace. In fact, the program was literally a third of the evening. Next, just music. But the most unpleasant thing was the check for the table. The institution has raised the prices of its regular menu from 80% to 300%. I will attach the receipt to the review. Hot veal cheeks in the usual menu costs 18 rubles, in ng - 38. Meat slicing on the menu is 25 rubles, in ng - 39. And so on for everything. But the biggest margin on herring sandwiches: on the menu - 7 rubles, in ng - 26 rubles!!! The gramming of the dishes is the same. So: deception at the very beginning with drinks and entrance, the program is practically absent, the bill is not questioned, the prices on the menu are inflated, and the banquet menu is missing. They just rip off money on everything. The attitude of the administrators is disgusting. And at the very end - the wardrobe: jackets and coats were lying on the floor, no one was even looking at things. Who dropped it, who trampled. One of the jackets was covered in whitewash. One of the advantages is a fresh renovation and a beautiful interior. A polite waiter. That's the experience of celebrating New Year's Eve, I think the institution is not worthy of such expenses.

Very tasty cuisine. Sushi is the best in the city. The staff is friendly, the waiters are attentive and polite. The only negative is the music. You don't know which DJ will be invited, and you don't always like the repertoire.

I liked everything, the waiter was polite, answered all the questions I asked. It is cozy, there is a separate room for smokers. They told me that they smoke hookah in this place, I was at lunchtime, but I didn't feel the smell of hookah. Which is very nice. I will definitely come back again. 👍👍👍
