(to make it clear, the anther pads are torn on the steering rack, the rail does not leak, there is no backlash at the steering wheel) We agreed on the time when to bring the car so that they would immediately start repairing it (because I live outside the city, I can't stay without a car for a long time), sweetly told that as soon as I bring it, they will immediately disassemble it. It needed to be repaired urgently, because my master is on vacation, and we were going to leave by car to the south on vacation. I warned 5 days in advance that I would bring it on Monday (not on a day off). I arrive on Monday morning, leave my car, drive for two days on carsharing, call on Tuesday to find out how everything is going, whether I need to look for another rail or repair mine, no one answers me. No one called me back. I arrive on Wednesday morning, and my car has just been driven in, they haven't even touched it yet, and Peter is already starting to catch up with the fluff that needs to be changed there anyway, because it's knocking there, he said before that it was flowing (although nothing is flowing there, the atp level is in place) and in general he has such the missing list, how could he have noticed mine..? I just took the car and was very sorry that I trusted this master, he shows himself as a professional, but apparently there is actually no desire to work.
In addition, I will say that my master said that my problems with the rail can only have a bad effect on uneven tire wear. We drove south and back (5k km) and nothing changed, and even the tires are fine.
