God forbid you should contact this sharashkin office! It doesn't even smell like professionalism!
On 28.03.25 I asked to install bi-ice lenses in the already removed headlights. He also asked me to replace the lamps in the angel eyes with LEDs, polish the headlights inside and out, and install covers. We agreed and promised to call on 03/31 and do everything in a week. Not a single call from them. I called myself on 04/02/25: they said they didn't even take up my headlights. I mentioned the arrangement, then they said that there was a problem with the headlight correctors in my headlights. But they promised to figure it out. I told them that I needed to leave for Russia and urgently needed to install these headlights. 09.04 I called myself again, they said that the problem with the correctors had not been fixed, but they invited me to install it. 10.04 arrived, they promised to install it, they said they would assemble the headlights and call. I rented a hotel room, spent the night, no one called until 20:00 on 11.04. He went home.
Who else would like to make their headlights?!

This is the second time I have contacted the specialists of this company. He serviced and repaired adaptive LED headlights and fog lamps for BMW cars in the F02 body. The craftsmen know their business, are open to dialogue and are attentive to customers and cars. During the removal/installation of the headlights, not a single clip was lost, all the screws and fasteners were installed in their places :) After almost 2 years of work (sealing, polishing and pasting the headlights), no quality issues have arisen.
