Rented one of their units in the center for 2 weeks. Staffs are very responsive to inquiries, and are quick to respond some unit's utility issues. Was pleased with their service 👍🏻

Excellent apartment, clean, spacious. Everything is in working order. Comfortable mattress, snow-white bed linen. Convenient location, all the sights of the center of old Yerevan can be reached on foot. There are many cafes and restaurants for every budget nearby, and there is a convenience store within walking distance.
And most importantly, what a view from the window!!
We lived on the 13th floor, the view of Ararat is fantastic!
Thanks to the managers of the company, they are always in touch, all organizational issues can be resolved online.

The perfect location! Apartment with an incredible view of Ararat (we lived on the 14th floor)
It is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Snow-white bed linen and towels. And immaculate cleanliness. Convenient contactless check-in. I definitely recommend booking. Payment for accommodation can be transferred to the Savings Account in rubles.

Beautiful apartment at Kohbatsi 16. Clean, solid, has everything you need, plenty of space. The location is excellent. There are many restaurants, shops, cafes around, close to all the attractions. In general, if you go to Yerevan, then you need to live on Kohbatsi and only in a Stay Inn!

The guys in the department have many beautiful apartments in the center of Yerevan. We stayed in one of them. Neat and clean in a new house. Excellent organization of independent check-in and check-out. There was still a lot of time left before the plane, and we were offered to leave our suitcases in the office 500 meters from home. The price/quality ratio is better for me personally than the hotels in Yerevan.

Yerevan is a wonderful city! We rented an apartment in January 2024. The apartment is located in a new building. We had two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, clean, spacious rooms, everything you need. The apartment has heating, good hot water pressure. The company solved all household problems very quickly. Apartment on Buzanda 53/55 in the very center, very good location, close to many supermarkets, bank, pharmacy, bookstore.

We came to Yerevan for 3 nights in January 2024, stayed at the Stay Inn apartments on Buzanda 17-141. Everything was wonderful, friendly attitude. The apartments themselves are clean, comfortable, and have everything you need. The location is excellent, many attractions can be reached on foot.

Excellent service and apartments. I learned about them from my work colleagues. I regularly come to Yerevan on business trips for 2 weeks and every time I am very satisfied. There have never been any problems with either housing or payment. We rented an apartment from them in September 2023 for a vacation. The service is disgusting. If you have extra money, then you can contact them, because they will demand payment from you on top for those days that you will not actually live there. If you refuse, you will simply be evicted.

Excellent apartments and service! I heard about this company from a friend , it turned out they have more than 100 apartments and all in the city center! I took one for daily rent and extended my stay - it turned out that they also provide free cleaning for 3 weeks or more, also all taxes are included in the payment and there is no brokerage commission. As a result, I was satisfied with the apartments in general and the work of the company!

I rented Aram's apartment 48-91 through this agency. a terrible experience.
Son's manager breaks promises, does not know how to conduct business correspondence. She tried to convince us to pay someone else's electricity bill.
Hidden critical problems were discovered in the apartment on the very first day. It is impossible to sleep in it due to poor ventilation and a non-standard short bed. The agency replied, "your problems."
