Step up is really a very cool dance studio, there are many different directions and teachers, the studios are very conveniently located, so it's very convenient to get there
Teachers try to find an approach to each student, everyone always explains the material in detail, which will be understandable even to a beginner who has never danced.
I've only been walking for 6 months, but I've already seen good results, made a lot of new friends, attended parties and master classes (Katya, thank you for organizing this and bringing top choreographers)
Step up is a family where you will be supported, so everyone can come here, even those who have never danced.

From the good:
- It's convenient to get to the studio
- Several halls, all close to the center
- A variety of styles – jazz-funk, hip-hop, gurley, twerk, etc.
- There are a couple of good teachers (in particular, Daria and Ekaterina)
- A personalized approach, let's say. If you go to a group more or less constantly, the teacher remembers your name, corrects your movements in class, etc.
- Very reasonable prices
Now out of the negative. Oh boy, where to start.
- A huge constant turnover of teachers
- Teachers recruit girls who have been dancing for a year or two on their own. I would like to remind you that the ability to reproduce movements is not equal to the ability to dance, is not equal to the understanding of musicality and is not equal to the ability to teach
- The level of teachers' choreographies is weak (for the reason, see the previous paragraph)
- The school's policy is quite aggressive. They constantly get into some kind of conflicts with other studios and teachers, and even with students. I don't want to look at the Instagram of either the school or the teachers – the constant toxicity, how bad everyone is around, and only this school and its head are good. I have a very negative impression.
- In my opinion, they position themselves as the best school in Minsk for absolutely no reason. Well, honestly, guys, not at all. No, no, and no again.
- There is no division into levels, everything is mixed in a pile
- Stories constantly writes that "a new band is starting from scratch," although in fact, this band has been going on for a long time, but it's just the beginning of a new WEEK, not the start of the band.
In general, you can walk, but the disadvantages are significant.

a wonderful dance studio! the halls are very spacious and clean, the teachers are attentive and real professionals in their field! I have been studying with Ekaterina's teacher for almost a year and I stay in pleasant feelings every time after class)

I've been visiting this studio for 1.5 years now, and I'm absolutely thrilled!
Teachers try to find an approach to each student, regardless of the level of training. The atmosphere in the studio is always friendly and motivating. I especially like the way the material is explained, paying attention not only to the correctness of the execution, but also to the emotional presentation.
If you want not only to learn how to dance, but also to recharge your energy and good mood, I highly recommend this studio!

I want to share my experience of visiting a dance studio. From the very first lesson, I felt a comfortable environment. Teachers are able to inspire and motivate, while paying attention to each student. The classes are varied and interesting. I've been studying at Step up for over a year. Until recently, everything was more than fine, but at the moment there are doubts about continuing classes in this studio. Let's go through the points that make you doubt the comfort of visiting the studio.:
1) Over the past few months, the cost of attending classes has increased too much, and the price has been rising for the second time since the New Year. I understand that profitability is necessary and renting premises is not cheap at all, but I'm sorry, why are there no improvements and changes in the halls, and raising the price by 20 rubles in 3 months is too much.
2) On what basis was the water cooler removed from all the halls, what am I paying money for? The studio didn't even warn me about this anywhere, neither on Instagram nor in chat rooms with groups, I came to class and was simply confronted with the fact that there would be no more water. By going to any gym, dance studio, yoga studio, etc. Of course, I've never seen visitors treated so beastly, if you raise the prices for subscriptions, then please provide the service in accordance with the stated price.
3) It's a small thing, but it's unpleasant, you can't freeze a subscription if you can't attend a class for some reason (not counting the official sick leave with presentation to the teacher).
I am madly in love with the teacher I went to classes with and I would like to continue studying, but lately it seems that the studio is expanding only its wallet, but does not care about its clients, who bring them this money
. P.S.: I have no complaints about the teachers, all incredible hard workers who work for the result and they put their soul into every client. I hope the management will hear me and reconsider their views on the new system, and maybe they will be able to find a compromise with customers.

I was at a trial class with Ekaterina (as I understood the studio head). The class started 15 minutes late. The hall was not prepared, the whole floor was covered with boots. The warm-up was short and low-quality, with elements on the floor, but there were no mats or knee pads, only the ground (there was also no warning from the administrator that you need to bring knee pads). After such a warm-up, there was a somersault choreography, which was very strange and illogical with the lack of proper preparation. The coach did not specify whether the new participants had any experience or injuries, although these are basic questions to start with. The coach's skill was only enough for the "I dance, you repeat" approach, no explanations of the basic elements or movements, everything was very fast, although the group is for beginners (I checked with the administrator). Nearby there are comfortable studios with professionals and pleasant administrators. I came to the trial due to the fact that this studio is next to my house, I just wasted my time.
