We recently had a family vacation at this hotel. I really liked the family duplex room, spacious and clean. The hotel itself is new, with a large terrace offering excellent views of the mountains and Trinity Church. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We would like to express our special gratitude to the receptionist, on the day of our departure, the roads were closed due to snow and we were allowed to stay in the room longer than the prescribed time - it was very pleasant! The restaurant in the hotel is excellent, the dishes are delicious, the prices are the same as in other places.
Firstly, the hotel is somewhat isolated, so you have to walk for 15-20 minutes to eat. A duplex room on the ground floor is not worth the money at all. There is no view from the window, only the neighboring house. He does not understand English at the reception, but the NATO flag is present. In the morning, we couldn't find the staff, put the key down and went to look for a place to have breakfast. When we checked in, there was a taxi driver in the lobby who immediately began to sell a ride on a licensed bus to Trinity Church. They say you can't drive in your own car, don't drive through it, just through it. It's a lie - the next morning we drove quietly, took a walk. In general, I do not recommend the hotel.
