Very very nice hotel. I stayed twice because I had to spend the night between two flights. There was even a Russian-speaking girl at the reception on the first trip, but if you speak at least minimal English, then there will be no problems at all for you to understand. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, you can eat there, you can order room service. I used both options and everything was fine. Delicious food, large portions. A huge bed and 5 pillows, I was just drowning in softness.
And they also brought a compliment upon check-in - fruits and sweets. Is free. Water tea coffee kettle everything is in the room. Lots of towels. Everything is white and snow-white. Bathrobe and slippers. Near the airport (which is new), you can order a transfer to the airport and pay at the reception (not to the taxi driver). There are 3-4 Russian-language channels.
The only thing is that I arrived a second time and the room was cold while I sorted out the air conditioner to warm the room. I wish the room was already heated, as they knew what time I would arrive. But these are small things, I figured out the principle myself and it heated up quickly enough.
In general, I highly recommend this hotel, and I will stay myself if I fly from this (new) airport yet. It's true that it takes about an hour to get to Sabiha Gokchen, if there are no traffic jams, so if you fly from there, you can look for something closer.
