I rented a suite. The smell in the room. No shampoos, soaps, etc. The bed linen has apparently not changed since the opening. In general, I do not recommend it. There are better options in Karabalyk for this money
Everything is fine, polite people, you can have a great walk at the event, go to the sauna, play billiards, and of course there is a good hotel here. One of the best establishments in Karabalyk.

The rooms are clean but there is a smell of sewage. We rented a suite with a private bathroom and a bathtub. So there was no hot water in the bathroom! And there was no water in principle. The thin trickle that flowed from the tap did not even allow you to wash your face. I'm not talking about taking a shower at all. And this is a suite! You can order food in the room - this is a plus. The disadvantage is that the menu in the cafe has not changed at all in a week! Next time I'll look for another hotel.
