The history of the building is different than I thought. Construction began before the revolution, but was completed late due to the historical events of that time. At one time, the building belonged to the agrarian Bank of Tsarist Russia.

This place is abandoned, but the entrance to the building is not blocked. It is also strange that the entrance to the building is not concreted or the stairs are not broken.
The elevator is a very dangerous place where you can accidentally die.
The people there are mostly teenagers. Sit on the first, fourth and fifth floors.
