We visited the cafe "Old Baku" and were absolutely delighted! There is amazing home cooking here, especially the dolma "Three Sisters" and the delicious lula kebab. Be sure to try their homemade pomegranate wine - delicate, fragrant, with a slight sourness, it perfectly complements the dishes.
A special pleasure is communicating with a local cat, who was happy to keep us company at the table. It was so nice and cozy that the experience was comparable to visiting a kotokafe, only even warmer and more sincere.
The cafe left the most pleasant emotions - delicious, cozy, hospitable.
We recommend it to everyone!

Our guide advised us to come here to taste the pomegranate wine. At first, we were a little tense - the decor of the place is very modest, but when we tasted the wine... This is the best pomegranate wine in Baku! Fragrant, but almost without a crust. Sourness and sweetness sing in unison, the aftertaste is as long as a Baku night! And you can also buy it in bottling)))
The next day, we returned for lunch... Guys, take dolma three sisters, it's divine! Everything else is also very tasty.
The owner Sahib is planning to renovate and design, so it will also be beautiful soon.
Ask the Sahib about his home and family, he will be happy to tell you family stories that will be the best condiments for food!

We visited this cafe with our family on 04/08/2025 . Excellent location on a quiet street in the Old Town. The hospitable host recommended dishes from the menu, excellent homemade pomegranate wine, and an incomparable compote. Budget price tag. I recommend it to everyone!!!

If you want to spend a sincere, delicious, inexpensive and homely time. It doesn't matter what it is; a birthday, a family holiday, the birth of a child, a wedding, or just a romantic, then you are here, to this institution!!! I don't know a better place than Old Baku yet!!! It's so nice to come back here again and again. Always insanely delicious, always polite, always at home!!! And tomatoes, it's just a fairy tale!!! Tortillas (I forgot what they are called again) especially with coriander, it's just divine!!!
You will never see a person with disappointment on his face here.
And I want to thank the person who organized this place in our small town!!

We might not have found out about this small and soulful restaurant if it hadn't been for Roman, the guide, who took us through the old streets. The decor, like the kitchen, is simple and homely. The host is hospitable. Very affordable prices. Delicious kufta, dolma, dyushbara. My husband finally tried hash. Be sure to come in!

A family cafe with its own history is located in an atmospheric place of Old Baku. Homemade national cuisine at good prices, everything is simple and sincere. Excellent beer, there was no such thing in other cafes and restaurants. We met the hosts, who are very attentive to visitors and speak excellent Russian. We will definitely come to this cafe if we are lucky enough to visit Baku!

The owners of the establishment do not respect, and deceive their guests. We went on the recommendation of an Azerbaijani. Hot - heated in the microwave until the tongue burns, salad - iced from the refrigerator. Although the menu is a hot grilled salad, we were ready to forgive a very simple tired interior for a delicious dinner. The dinner was terrible, the portions were small, the prices were restaurant prices. If you respect yourself, do not go to this institution, they just profit from tourists here, do a good deed, let the owner close so as not to deceive anyone else.

The food is like in the dining room.
Overcooked kufta bozbash and cabbage rolls.
Micro kebab made of three pieces of lamb meat with kotsi and fat. The same is a chicken kebab. The price is overestimated by two times.
Of the advantages - there is wifi.
I don't recommend it.
