I worked with Maxim for a long time, and we developed an understanding of each other on our system requirements. They installed and reinstalled 100 tracking systems for rental cars. During the last visit, Maxim began to behave arrogantly, the client's opinion is not taken into account and is not appreciated, while they simply send you with a problem when the Internet is not working on the device. They refer to the SIM card, although I personally checked the device before arriving and it worked and the Internet connection was established. It turned out that when they checked and rearranged different SIM cards, they violated the SIM card attachment slot, they did not want to admit their mistake. Take the car and change the SIM card. I believed that my SIM card was working and without leaving, I took out the device myself, disassembled and saw the damaged slot, restored the SIM card mount and everything worked clearly. I am amazed by Maxim's words that we are the experts, but you are not, and your experience, installation wishes and knowledge do not indicate to us. A 30 cm double-stranded wire to extend the power supply of the device will not do during installation, all wires are tight. It is called ostensibly for a hidden installation, but at the same time the GPS antenna is almost at the bottom of the passenger's legs in full view. Although it is necessary to bring the torpedo up to the direction of the glass. I do not advise contacting this specialist, who values his time more dearly than a client, at the same time a permanent one, but now a former one. He does not delve into the essence of the problem, but sends to change the SIM card, nodding at the lack of Internet on the SIM card or just communication. Maxim's overestimated conceit, as a specialist in signaling, should not be trusted....
