I gave the car away for repairs after an accident. The defect was done crookedly, they rushed to buy spare parts, the car stood for 6 months instead of 1-2 declared. Half of the expensive spare parts declared for purchase were not needed, just money thrown away. A couple of spare parts were broken while the car was standing, in the photo before the car was returned, the spare parts were intact.
After the car was issued, half of the electronics were not connected (I solved it at another service station). the bolts on the fenders and hood didn't close at all until I showed them myself, they painted over with a brush and didn't match the color.
They are constantly fed breakfast. I don't recommend it.
This is not the first time I have applied to this service station, the service and quality of work are excellent, the prices are adequate, I am not going to change the service station for another, everything is more than satisfied. I advise you to do this, having been convinced by your experience, they really repair and do not tell "fairy tales" and invent non-existent problems with cars.
2 cars were painted, rust got in the same places where it was supposed to be removed. These places have no hidden cavities. That is, they were poorly processed. On 2 cars… Bugs came out in one half a year later, in the other a year later. They couldn't pick up paint for one car for a week, and they didn't match the color.
It's complete nonsense, I changed the abs unit - they didn't give me the unit number to buy (I went to another place-I read the number), for installing 200 rubles, the brakes are now only on the floor, they took money for adjusting the alarm system - not fixed. I filled up the air conditioner- it barely blows. There is dirt in the cabin after visiting this service station. I don't recommend it
Great guys. I have been repairing with them for more than 10 years. The work was always done on time and without complaints. The main thing is to make an appointment in advance, but if urgent repairs are needed, you can always arrange.
Insidious HUNDRED!!! It's better not to go there if there are other options!

Well done guys! Quickly and efficiently! They don't break the price. They will not do what is not necessary to "do". You can use your own spare parts, but if necessary, they will find it themselves. Everything is coordinated. They don't get enough stars from the sky, if they can't do something, they speak directly. The only thing that can be improved: they said that you can still ride on shock absorbers, but it would be better to do it right away - you wouldn't have to go to the service a second time, after all, the road is not close.
