I wrote to the clinic in advance if they could take blood from the dog and extract the blood serum into an Eppendorf tube for self-delivery to a German laboratory for rabies titers. I made an appointment in advance. As a result, at the clinic, they began to ask me which test tube we needed - the Sinevo laboratory or some other one that had its own test tube. They ignored my words about the Eppendorf tube. They said they would do it the way they usually send credits. The centrifuged blood was given in an ordinary glass tube. That is, blood and serum together. I took it to the other side of the city, where they said that it was necessary to separate the serum and pour it into an Eppendorf tube so that they would not mix again during transportation. Well, that is, to do what I originally asked. As a result, they returned to Stark. After swinging the rights, it turned out that they also had Eppendorf tubes.… There are two options, one is not more beautiful than the other:
1) or really insane employees who don't know what Eppendorf serum and tube are. It is clearly not the client who should know this when he finds out about a specific service in advance and is told that there is such a service and the cost is 30 GEL. We paid GEL 90 for 3 dogs.…
2) or, realizing that we were not knowledgeable in this matter, we wanted to make sure that we did not donate to the credits, giving us just centrifuged blood for 90 lari. In Stark, the credits cost as much as GEL 530.
The result is an additional two hours spent and a lot of nerves, proving to employees that such behavior is extremely incompetent on their part. The surgeon does not ask the patient how to remove the appendicitis and what to do with it next.…

A wonderful clinic, now we will only go there with our puppy. Before Stark came, we were in an absolutely terrible place with boorish staff, where the pet's examination was right in the hallway, and in addition, our passport was also ruined. And all because I thought that the basic procedures for a puppy would be performed efficiently anywhere.
So that's not true. Here we were fully advised on nutrition, on caring for a small dog, and even photographed on the wall with tailed clients) Do not make my mistakes, go straight to this wonderful clinic!
