We poured coffee for 500 rubles for a second!!! with barista hair! They refused to change the drink.
The barista said it wasn't his hair, but it turned out to be black like his 😆
He refused to change our drinks and offered to buy a new one, probably also with his hair. Of course, we won't come again, not only to him, but to any Starbucks in any country!!

Coffee is not prepared on request, only what is on the menu, half is not available. It's dirty, not cozy. Flat White is a rare muck, there is not even a special coffee flavor, it tastes like it was mixed with earth. Don't waste your time and money going to this place.
